    Be careful with those maple syrup instant oatmeal,they have so much sugar in them! If youre struggling with belly fat like I do, switch to the unsweetend,plain oatmeal packs. Boil in cinnamon water and Add some peanut butter and banana and youre all set!

      xVvix xnNix I agree. I actually have come to prefer to buy plain oatmeal and add what I like. A little coconut oil, a dash of vanilla, and cinnamon, topped with carmelized bananas, chopped apples, and peanut butter. AMAZING

      Glam Beauty Yes it’s almost impossible to not eat salad and get a flatter stomach. Ladies eat salad. Plus greens improve your health. I don’t eat eggs either and I reduced eating meat. Breakfast is green tea, Greek yogurt some days with granola, salad for lunch, dinner small meat or fish portion w veggies or potatoes. If you want a hamburger occasionally, use grass fed from Whole Foods.

    U actually can do the entire pk of seasoning because it’s spread out over the entire pkg of meat which is typically 4-5 servings. Low sodium is always better.

    Girrrl we eat the same bread 😍 and as a Muslim we fast once a year for one month where we eat before fajr prayer and then eat again once maghrid prayer comes so that’s a whole 16 hours we don’t eat i believe, so ima try the intermediate fasting shouldn’t be to hard

    Thank you for the video!! I’m doing the 8 hour window too, I’ve done it before and I feel like it helped me a lot to lose weight so I’m doing it again since I fell off. I don’t have a stable 8 hour window since I wake up at different times everyday but I still do the 8 hour. To fight a little bit of hunger I just drink water and to fight cravings I chew gum:)

    I want to try intermittent fasting but afraid it might trigger ulcer. Hope one day I'll be brave enough to do it but right now I'm so busy with work and I need to eat something to keep me going. Thank you for going the extra mile in showing us your diet while doing chloe ting's workouts.

    You said that you eat breakfast at noon, so what time is lunch and supper? Also what do you have in the morning before noon? Do you just drink liquids? What about in between meals when you get hungry? Do drink water or tea, or coffee or juice?

    I like how you went straight to the point I was trying to see if in the morning I can eat low fat yogurt, banana 🍌 and water for lunch I will eat avocado 🥑 and boil eggs on a diet bread 🍞 dinner I am not sure but am telling you this so that I can have some ideas what to eat when you are having dinner 🍴 because I was not getting results so I know that you are not a doctor but your health food will help me I hope you reply thank you 🙂

    Would using chicken instead of turkey also be good? I dont eat beef and i dont really eat turkey. I used to be pescatarian but due to being a broke college student, i introduced chicken breast again.

      Destiny M. Chicken breast is great! I use lemon and some other simple seasoning to eat immediately after a work out. If you’re trying to lose weight, breast is great.

    Does intermittent fasting go well with Chloe's workouts? As far as I'm concerned, her workouts are high intensity. Is it possible to do her workouts in a fasted state without any negative side effects?

      Mirette George I did the 14 day shred challenge as soon as I woke up, meaning I had fasted for about 14 hours (I eat early) and I did totally fine, it’s not super long so you should be okay (but stop if you feel light headed)

    I did try intermittent fasting but I can't go on with it. I get so food obsessed, I'm thinking about food all day... And I don't think that is good when you're trying to lose weight. So I'm doing the workouts, the healthy diet, but that's it 😂

      Taly Haye thank you! And no I didn’t... I used a sweat belt to help me sweat during workouts but that’s it

    Hi, when did you workout during your intermittent fasting? I have been fasting and so far my routine is eating at around 11am then I exercise after work from 5-6pm, and then I’ll eat a piece of fruit or something because I’m in transit from work to home, so I don’t really have the opportunity to eat a real meal before 7 pm.
