For anyone who can't find the motivation to do this : i did this workout in 2021 for almost over 2 months with a little diet( i had a proper breakfast and dinner but skipped lunch). I lost 8 kgs, got a flat stomach and a toned body. Keep going. it really does work.

Guys I’m currently at day 15 and I haven’t changed my eating habbits, only less snacks and sweets but I eat whatever I want andd the resultss are amazingg, I’ve lost some weight and also my belly is getting flatter, I compared some photos of today and day 1 and omg I cannot believe my eyes. I will continue doing the workout, so please everyone if you’re looking for the perfect workout for a flat belly, this is the one❤️

Im at day 23 and what i can say.. I used to wear XL t shirst and today i wore L which was too small for me month ago ❤. Im doing only this workout and i've walked 10 000 steps everyday, for some cardio, also, i see some results in mirror and it is not end yet! Its worth guys 😊

honestly quarantine has treated me well, i started working out (i’ve lost 17 lbs/7,7 kg), my skin cleared up, i started eating healthier and drinking more, got a tan and finally found a bikini i feel comfortable in!!! this is the best stuff that’s happened to me in a while, so i hope that something like this happens to you too, cause you probably deserve it :) UPDATE: now i’ve lost ~22lbs (~10kg) i would’ve lost more but lately i haven’t had much time to exercise :/
Literally today I finished this challenge and lost 5 cm in the waist, 4 cm lower abdomen, upper 8,5 cm. And hips -5 cm. I'm so happy!!!thank you Chloe for your programs:3 Never give up!
honestly me, like every workout i felt my back start arching off the ground and i thought i remembered that you arent supposed to arch your back.. so im just weak and cant keep my back more straight
I did it first in 2019, and now I do it in 2024. Cannot believe I still be able to do it even when I'm older. Hope I still have the courage to do it in the upcoming years

Ok so I completed this challenge: I started this on October 15th and yesterday I finished it On the first day I couldn’t complete any of the exercises I just didn’t have the strength On day 10 I could do most of the exercises, but some where still difficult By day 20 I was doing all of the exercises, (sweating like a pig, but still) On the final day I felt stronger and the results where visible WHAT I DID: So i wanted a flat belly but also grow some butt muscle because I didn’t have any so I did the routines from the next videos: - this video - 10 minute curvier, wider hips workout at home by Hana Milly And by week 2 I added the next 2 videos -abs workout get that 11 line abs in 35 days by Chloe ting -booty pump workout by chloe ting I also did cardio 3 times a week on my gym (15 minutes because I could no more) So basically I was doing a 40 minutes workout everyday (I didn’t do anything more) and I know it may seem like too much, but in reality before this I would have been watching netflix, so I actually was feeling better with myself. I DIDN’T DIET (but was a little bit more careful with I eat) I also drank 2L of water everyday (this helped a lot with the flat belly thing) No soda RESULTS: At the beginning I weighted 141 pounds And by day 30 my weight was 120 pounds I am really happy with the results My abs are defined and I have grown some booty inches 🤠

So I play basketball so I don’t have much time to fit in a workout. I’m always tired after basketball so I sit around. Do you think i should fit in a workout everyday after my basketball practice?
@@faithkennedy8070 I do have basketball practice and these workout doesn't effect that much. Instead, it boost your progress of having flat belly faster. Stay hydrated and have a snack before the workout for some energy as well. Good luck!
I DID IT! I did this workout for 30 days. I wanted a summer glow up. I wanted to feel more confident in my own body. AND I DO NOW! It worked I was 118 now I’m 114 also the visible changes AH so good lol. I just feel so so so proud of myself. Thank you so much Chloe Ting for these workouts❤️
I’ve been doing this workout for 2 weeks now and I’m just starting to see results. It’s definitely worth it. I know u will think about giving up because u don’t see any results, and I did too at one point. But u have to keep doing it. Everyone’s body is different so we all see results at different times. U got this!
Selin Selin I truly am trying to be the healthiest version of myself and after reading articles and watching videos I realized that it’s pretty difficult to not eat anything “bad” balance is key. If u want to eat chocolate, allow yourself to eat it. Telling yourself no is going to want to make you eat it more then you’re going to end up binging then feeling bad then eating some more to fulfill this emotional need for food. However at the same time it’s bad to allow yourself to eat everything you want. I’m still trying to find that balance, to find that control. I learned that telling yourself “I don’t eat food like that” instead of telling yourself “I can’t eat food like that” helps because it tricks your brain into believing that you’ve never really eaten food like that. So to answer your question it is ok, in moderation. I this helped and that your new year is blessed and you fulfill all your fitness goals:)
Don’t be ashamed or embarrassed that you’re a young girl or boy doing these exercises in your rooms hoping no one will know. I know it can feel embarrassing if someone of your family finds out you’re trying to lose weight. I’m not sure why a lot of us have this insecurity. However, just know that just because you’re young doesn’t mean you don’t have the right to want to feel good in your own body. Do these workouts and be proud that you’re taking steps to increase your physical and mental health. Love you all and stay determined ❤️

For anyone wondering the results: I've done this workout for a month or so everyday in the past and took a long break afterwards it gave me a straight belly and more lean abs. The first time I did it, I had never done abs workout before and it was hard for me to do it for the first week then it got slightly easier the second week. After the break I started doing it again everyday but after skipping rope this time, it was hard for the first two days then I got used to it, my abs started becoming visible after a week or so because of muscle memory and skipping rope. Now Im back to workout again but this time I started in a gym with a program. The program they gave me for abs wasn't enough and I couldn't get results like before so I started doing her exercises again. This time Im doing it with 5 mins of skipping rope, some more cardio and as an extra exercise everyday after my upper body and lower body workouts. After I started doing her exercises I got better results than the abs program they gave me so Im sitcking to it. And thanks to her exercises during my breaks even tho I gained weight and stopped exercising for a long ass time, I havent fully lost my abs nor has it been hard for me to start just like the first time. So I totally recommend you to do it, its more useul than many of the abs program and your abs will remain even tho you take a break. This time Im more determined and trying a clean diet with a dedicated program and consistency, not planning to give up. Its been a month and half already and my belly has gotten 23cms thinner since the first day Ive started. Ive also lost 30+ kgs during this time. Keep up being consistent, and this workout will be quite easy for you after a couple weeks with great results! I wish you all the best during this journey and I'll keep you updated ( :
@@10dert0d1e it has been 40kgs now, first 1-2 months Ive lost up to 20 kgs then I stopped exercising and dieting, I started again and now after a couple years I'm 40kgs down and I didnt gain it back. If you do this challange and skip rope everyday for at least 10 mins, you start getting results in two weeks. If you have muscle memory, its one week.
Doing this for a month (30 days) pls remind me if I don’t update😅 Start: Weight 59 kg Smallest point of the waist 75 cm Lower belly 83 cm (I’m not doing any diet, and I’m still eating sweets - so I know there might not be to much of a drastic difference but still I want to at least see what the difference can be) Day one✅ - It was absolute torture. But there is no gain without pain😢
The more u lean back, the more it burns...try moving ur legs closer to ur body, and further away to see which makes it harder for u/ makes it burn ur stomach more...or slightly elevate ur legs I suggest making ur fists/fingers touch the floor beside ur butt to make sure ur twisting ur body properly

Okay, I actually finished this 30 day ab routine and yes I'm seeing amazing results! I kept track of my progress and yes I missed some days because we're not perfect lol but I still managed to get some really good results. This workout I paired it with a good nutrition for all of you that think that only working out will get results, you also have to eat right, is 80% nutrition and 20% working out! In just 30 days I went from 181lbs to 169lbs and when I started I was off from working out for over a year or so. Day 1 - it was hard, havent worked out in a minute, I really stopped a lot of times Day 2 - I’m super sored, i dont know why because I don’t feel like I went as hard as I should’ve the first day, but managed to do more work today despite the soreness Day 3 - did not do it because went to the gym Day 4 - I was no longer sored in my abs, I felt that I had more control and more energy. I still found myself stopping many times after the third exercise. Overall, I did see some minor improvements. Day 5 i was kinda tired, did stop at certain moments but managed to get 10+ reps in most exercises and my control was better Day 6 - hard day because i went to the gym but finished it Day 7- such a good workout, barely stopped and sweated a lot Day 8 - missed it because my body was shot from working out Day 9 - I was sored from the gym but did it, managed to get through it, I sweated man, like a lot, I pushed myself Day 10 - missed it Day 11 - Finished most of it, deff see changes both body & strength Day 12 - Really great workout 🏋️♀️I have more control of my muscles, still struggled because now I started flexing my abs more but sweated like crazy Day 13 - Today I was super tired, did not want to do it but managed to get through it at my own pace (I went to the gym that day) Day 14 - Very well controled work out 🏋️♀️ Day 15 - missed it Day 16 - First time I got to half of the workout without stopping. I stopped at a certain point because I sweated so much that it got into my eyes 🙆🏾♂️but my core is so much stronger Day 17 - missed it because of a wedding Day 18 - it was a light one, did not go as hard but finished it Day 19 - One of the hardest ones that I’ve done because now my core is much stronger which allows me to add more intensity to the workout and make the exercises more controlled and flex my core even more so it was very hard! Day 20 - I been working out for 20 days now and I haven’t felt so tired than today, still managed to get my ab workout in, but stopped a lot but put a lot of intensity into each movement I did Day 21 - I missed it super shottt and tired Day 22 - Away on a trip, I basically worked out earlier but even within soreness I got it in, no way I’m missing 2 days in a row. Day 23 - missed it Day 24 - Is getting harder because I’m getting stronger and adding more tension to it Day 25 - almost there! Good workout done Day 26 - Did it at the gym 🙏🏾💯 Day 27 - Oh man, my belly is flat. Good workout 🏋️♀️ Day 28 - went to the gym and then went home and did it 🙏🏾💯barely got it through but finished it Day 29 - FINALLY GOT THROUGH BICYCLE CRUNCHES! Day 30 - CRUSHED IT! Can you tell me what you ate, like what was your meal plan through this 30 day trial that also helped you lose weight, because I never knew about the percentages and now I understand, so if you can, can you explain what sort of things you ate and what sort of things you stayed away from?
maddyphobia so while I was doing this challenge I ate a lot of lentils, beans, veggies and fruits, Greek yogurt, and a bunch of whole wheat bread. Stay away from anything bad for you! Such as, chips, cookies, pizza, ice cream and eating out. Keep this up and you’ll see a difference in 2 weeks cause I know I started seeing results really quick! Hope this helps

I just started this workout today. I have a bit of a big stomach and I’m not happy about it, and I want to have it flatter before going back to school. Let me just say, this workout is physically tiring, but I emotionally feel good. If anybody is doing this, I wish you luck. Results: Day 1: It was pretty hard but I got through it. Hopefully tomorrow will be better! Day 2: I see results already! I’m doing my best to engage my abs and can definitely feel the burn. I’m feeling good! Day 3: Feeling slightly unmotivated because my stomach seems back to normal. The workout wasn’t as hard as usual though. Day 4: My stomach is back to normal. Feeling unmotivated. Day 5: I can definitely see some improvement in how flat my stomach is (which is surprising considering how much junk food I ate last night). The workout is getting SO much easier. Day 6: I did my workout much later than usual today because I was really busy. I definitely have to say that my stomach is flatter than when I started and I haven’t made any other changes in my diet or anything. These results are definitely coming from the workout! Day 7: It’s officially been one week, and I’m going to be perfectly honest with you. I’m not very impressed with the results, or… lack there of. I said that my stomach has been getting flatter because I thought it was, but now I’m not so sure. The size of it varies SO much depending on the day which makes it hard to tell. I will keep going because I want to give it a fair shot, but I think I might cut out sugar and start avoiding dairy. I really want to see results so please give me some help in the comments! Thank you guys so much-you have been so motivating. Day 8: The workout was pretty good today! I’m hoping that pretty soon I will get a flat stomach and then beginning building the muscle from there. It’s currently not flat, but I’ll keep trying! Day 9: Today I woke up SO close to my goal waist measurement! I’m only .15 in away. It will probably go away tomorrow, but short-lasting results are still results! I’ll update you guys tomorrow on whether or not it lasts. Day 10: I’ve been watching a bunch of videos of people trying this workout and they all seem to get results so much quicker than me. I feel like I’m doing something wrong. I’ll try to eat healthier and we’ll see. I didn’t get to officially measure my waist yet, but I know my stomach is getting bigger again. Day 11: Still going strong! All this hard work is definitely paying off! I took some pics in a cropped hoodie yesterday without feeling at all insecure. Today I’m going to the beach and I can’t wait! I finally reached my goal waist measurement. My waist is tiny, but my stomach isn’t completely flat yet. To be honest, I think that’s partly because I eat a lot and have digestive issues. I eat healthy most days so eating a lot doesn’t cause me to gain fat, but it definitely affects my stomach. Anyway, I’m going to keep it up until 30 days. To anyone doing it with me, we can do this! And to everyone else, I definitely recommend trying it! Day 12: I did the workout really late today but I still did it! My stomach was really flat this morning. Day 13: The workout went extremely well today. My abs are on fire! Day 14: Two weeks done! My waist is starting to get back to the way it used to be, so I’m going to be eating extra healthy for the next few days. Day 15: My waist hasn’t improved but it hasn’t gotten worse either. Things are going a bit downhill, but I think I’ll be back on track pretty soon! Day 16: Today’s workout was great! My stomach is flat but still kind of squishy. I’m hoping to build more muscle soon! Day 17: I’m really tired of this workout. It’s hard to keep going. Day 18: Great workout today! I was exhausted. Feeling good! Day 19: The workout was pretty good. Still not seeing the abs tho. I thought by day 19 I’d at least see something :/ Day 20: 2/3 of the way done with this workout! My stomach is starting to get harder. Day 21: I’m feeling so much more confident than I used to. My stomach is getting harder and much flatter. Not sure how much of it is fully related to this workout, but it definitely helped motivate me. Seeing results gives you so much excitement! You feel like you can wear ANYTHING. Back to my goal waist measurement and feeling good! Day 22: I can’t believe how long it’s been since I started this challenge! I’m so happy with my new body. Day 23: Today my stomach was big again. Not feeling good at all. Day 24: It’s so hard to keep going. I was feeling so good before, and now all of a sudden my stomach is getting big again. :( Day 25: I sat down at my laptop this morning, ready to write negatively about how my waist is back to 24 inches and how this was a waste of 25 days. That’s when I realized that I was looking at things the wrong way. I’m not going to define myself by a number. All of your positive comments have been so helpful to me, and I appreciate you guys so much! So for the the last 5 days of this workout challenge, I am going to do it as best as I can. Today I engaged so much that abs were completely on FIRE when it was finished. I did a two minute plank as well. I’m going to do one every day. I’ll eat healthy foods I love like avocados, oatmeal, lettuce, and mango. I’m determined to get abs and I will stay positive until I get them! :D Day 26: Guess what? Being positive paid off! Today I’m back down to almost 23 inches! Day 27: Still going strong! Today the workout was actually surprisingly hard. Day 28: I completed the workout today, but my stomach is just getting worse again. Day 29: The workout is super easy now and there's only one day left. Thank you guys SO much for 500 likes! You're the best! Day 30: Last day completed. I don’t have abs, but I guess I shouldn’t have expected them. I didn’t realize until about halfway through that this was a part of a program. It seems that doing just one video from it is not very effective. I’m trying her two-week shred now. I’m so sorry to disappoint you guys, but at the least I finished the workout! I now have a smaller waist and can actually see the muscle in my stomach. You can see these lines but they’re not as obvious as actually abs because my stomach isn’t perfectly flat yet. "nah, I REALLY do look ugly" and now I started working out and I'M here

I feel you, but don't be that hard on yourself. Maybe some people in 2 weeks they have Chloe's body while other may take a month or two months, stressing out because of that may be the reason why your belly is still there, take it easy, clean your diet a bit, drink water, follow a program that you like and tell yourself that you are beautiful (because you are). Me during the workout: This is horrible, why am I doing this to myself, it's the last time. Me after the workout: it's so cool that I'm working out, so satisfying, same time tomorrow.
Im doing this and keeping track of my progress! Day 1: Did not do the last 3 excercses, and also stopped early. I did some cardio too. It was pretty hard. Day 2: My stomach was really sore from the day before. I took a fewless pauses, but it was still really hard. Day 3: I am already seeing progress!
Day 1 of my coronacation glo up: this is hard but it’ll be better tomorrow Day 2: I’m super sore but I did okay Day 3-6: I don't see much of a difference yet but I feel lighter/slimmer already. I'm still really sore and I've been using some of her other videos as well not just this one. I took Day 7 as a rest day because I'm a Seventh-Day Adventist so I don't exercise on Saturdays. Day 8-9: I've been feeling kind of bloated but i made it through the workout. Day 10: I didn't do any workouts, I had no motivation. Day 11: Hopping back on it, gonna try to go harder to make up for yesterday. (post-workout) My back really hurt for some reason so i had to take some exercises easy but i noticed my legs look way slimmer than they used to so i’ve probably already lost some weight (i can’t weight myself because i don’t have a scale) Day 12 & 13: Okay okay I cheated. I missed two days because I didn’t have any motivation to exercise so I’m starting again tomorrow. Day 14: I don't see that much of a difference and it's probably because of the days I missed so I'm gonna do the program she has on her website and update you guys on how well that one works for me. I'm doing her 2-week ab shred challenge. Okay so here’s the tea: I’m taking a break until i get my sleep schedule back because the way it is now, i keep waking up at like 5pm and i never have any motivation to workout in my room at the end of the day so i’m gonna start sleeping earlier so i can be up at 6am which is when i work best (like so i remember to update!)
Lol! Im sure we all did that in the beginning but obviously it takes some time and dedication to get those abs. Keep working hard and you will get the results you want :)

I see a lot of girls on here who are expecting to see results with this workout and trust me you will but you NEED to keep some things in mind. The only way to see abs is through good nutrition, so yes, whilst doing this workout everyday you need to make sure you Are eating right. That DOES NOT mean eating so few calories (e.g. below 1200) for some this may seem like it’s a lot but nobodies BMR is less than this no matter how small you are. You need to be eating enough to allow for muscle growth- this doesn’t mean bulky. It may take longer than your quick fix but trust me this is the only time In my life that I actually have visable abs and they only came after I sorted out my nutrition and started weight lifting 4-5 times a week. Also just through looking through these comments so many girls are posting their weight and height and then comparing themselves to other people of the same height that are lower In weight... why?? Don’t think that just because someone weighs less that they are better in shape than you. Body composition (e.g. muscle mass, whether you have a big bum or boobs) really matters when weighing yourself so please don’t compare as everyone is so different! I would advise taking measurements or progress pictures (my REAL favourite way of tracking progress) as this is not a weight loss workout but rather a toning up programme which is only effective for perceived weight loss if you have a low body fat percentage (which you can do by being in a caloric deficit.. STILL doesn’t mean eating below 1200 calories as this is what we burn naturally through daily movements but rather through doing this workout as burning that little bit extra or going for a run, getting in those 10,000 steps) Progress pictures will be so much more healthy than tracking your weight everyday as if anything your weight may go up due to increased muscle mass but in reality you will LOOK leaner. Please girls don’t be a slave to the scales their not worth the anxiety and obsessiveness that they cause! Real progress takes time and patience so please don’t be upset if this doesn’t do it for you alone just try to incorporate good nutrition through macros (way healthier than counting just calories in everything as it’s important to be getting your protein, carb and fat intake on point) thanks for reading lol

For anyone who can't find the motivation to do this : i did this workout in 2021 for almost over 2 months with a little diet( i had a proper breakfast and dinner but skipped lunch). I lost 8 kgs, got a flat stomach and a toned body. Keep going. it really does work.

honestly quarantine has treated me well, i started working out (i’ve lost 17 lbs/7,7 kg), my skin cleared up, i started eating healthier and drinking more, got a tan and finally found a bikini i feel comfortable in!!! this is the best stuff that’s happened to me in a while, so i hope that something like this happens to you too, cause you probably deserve it :) UPDATE: now i’ve lost ~22lbs (~10kg) i would’ve lost more but lately i haven’t had much time to exercise :/

Ok so I completed this challenge:
I started this on October 15th and yesterday I finished it
On the first day I couldn’t complete any of the exercises I just didn’t have the strength
On day 10 I could do most of the exercises, but some where still difficult
By day 20 I was doing all of the exercises, (sweating like a pig, but still)
On the final day I felt stronger and the results where visible
WHAT I DID:
So i wanted a flat belly but also grow some butt muscle because I didn’t have any so I did the routines from the next videos:
- this video
- 10 minute curvier, wider hips workout at home by Hana Milly
And by week 2 I added the next 2 videos
-abs workout get that 11 line abs in 35 days by Chloe ting
-booty pump workout by chloe ting
I also did cardio 3 times a week on my gym (15 minutes because I could no more)
So basically I was doing a 40 minutes workout everyday (I didn’t do anything more) and I know it may seem like too much, but in reality before this I would have been watching netflix, so I actually was feeling better with myself.
I DIDN’T DIET (but was a little bit more careful with I eat)
I also drank 2L of water everyday (this helped a lot with the flat belly thing)
No soda
RESULTS:
At the beginning I weighted 141 pounds
And by day 30 my weight was 120 pounds
I am really happy with the results
My abs are defined and I have grown some booty inches

Selin Selin I truly am trying to be the healthiest version of myself and after reading articles and watching videos I realized that it’s pretty difficult to not eat anything “bad” balance is key. If u want to eat chocolate, allow yourself to eat it. Telling yourself no is going to want to make you eat it more then you’re going to end up binging then feeling bad then eating some more to fulfill this emotional need for food. However at the same time it’s bad to allow yourself to eat everything you want. I’m still trying to find that balance, to find that control. I learned that telling yourself “I don’t eat food like that” instead of telling yourself “I can’t eat food like that” helps because it tricks your brain into believing that you’ve never really eaten food like that. So to answer your question it is ok, in moderation. I this helped and that your new year is blessed and you fulfill all your fitness goals:)

Don’t be ashamed or embarrassed that you’re a young girl or boy doing these exercises in your rooms hoping no one will know. I know it can feel embarrassing if someone of your family finds out you’re trying to lose weight. I’m not sure why a lot of us have this insecurity. However, just know that just because you’re young doesn’t mean you don’t have the right to want to feel good in your own body. Do these workouts and be proud that you’re taking steps to increase your physical and mental health.

I've done this workout for a month or so everyday in the past and took a long break afterwards it gave me a straight belly and more lean abs. The first time I did it, I had never done abs workout before and it was hard for me to do it for the first week then it got slightly easier the second week. After the break I started doing it again everyday but after skipping rope this time, it was hard for the first two days then I got used to it, my abs started becoming visible after a week or so because of muscle memory and skipping rope. Now Im back to workout again but this time I started in a gym with a program. The program they gave me for abs wasn't enough and I couldn't get results like before so I started doing her exercises again. This time Im doing it with 5 mins of skipping rope, some more cardio and as an extra exercise everyday after my upper body and lower body workouts. After I started doing her exercises I got better results than the abs program they gave me so Im sitcking to it. And thanks to her exercises during my breaks even tho I gained weight and stopped exercising for a long ass time, I havent fully lost my abs nor has it been hard for me to start just like the first time. So I totally recommend you to do it, its more useul than many of the abs program and your abs will remain even tho you take a break. This time Im more determined and trying a clean diet with a dedicated program and consistency, not planning to give up. Its been a month and half already and my belly has gotten 23cms thinner since the first day Ive started. Ive also lost 30+ kgs during this time. Keep up being consistent, and this workout will be quite easy for you after a couple weeks with great results! I wish you all the best during this journey and I'll keep you updated ( :

@@10dert0d1e it has been 40kgs now, first 1-2 months Ive lost up to 20 kgs then I stopped exercising and dieting, I started again and now after a couple years I'm 40kgs down and I didnt gain it back. If you do this challange and skip rope everyday for at least 10 mins, you start getting results in two weeks. If you have muscle memory, its one week.

The more u lean back, the more it burns...try moving ur legs closer to ur body, and further away to see which makes it harder for u/ makes it burn ur stomach more...or slightly elevate ur legs

Okay, I actually finished this 30 day ab routine and yes I'm seeing amazing results!
I kept track of my progress and yes I missed some days because we're not perfect lol but I still managed to get some really good results. This workout I paired it with a good nutrition for all of you that think that only working out will get results, you also have to eat right, is 80% nutrition and 20% working out!
In just 30 days I went from 181lbs to 169lbs and when I started I was off from working out for over a year or so.
Day 1 - it was hard, havent worked out in a minute, I really stopped a lot of times
Day 2 - I’m super sored, i dont know why because I don’t feel like I went as hard as I should’ve the first day, but managed to do more work today despite the soreness
Day 3 - did not do it because went to the gym
Day 4 - I was no longer sored in my abs, I felt that I had more control and more energy. I still found myself stopping many times after the third exercise. Overall, I did see some minor improvements.
Day 5 i was kinda tired, did stop at certain moments but managed to get 10+ reps in most exercises and my control was better
Day 6 - hard day because i went to the gym but finished it
Day 7- such a good workout, barely stopped and sweated a lot
Day 8 - missed it because my body was shot from working out
Day 9 - I was sored from the gym but did it, managed to get through it, I sweated man, like a lot, I pushed myself
Day 10 - missed it
Day 11 - Finished most of it, deff see changes both body & strength
Day 12 - Really great workout 🏋️♀️I have more control of my muscles, still struggled because now I started flexing my abs more but sweated like crazy
Day 13 - Today I was super tired, did not want to do it but managed to get through it at my own pace (I went to the gym that day)
Day 14 - Very well controled work out 🏋️♀️
Day 15 - missed it
Day 16 - First time I got to half of the workout without stopping. I stopped at a certain point because I sweated so much that it got into my eyes 🙆🏾♂️but my core is so much stronger
Day 17 - missed it because of a wedding
Day 18 - it was a light one, did not go as hard but finished it
Day 19 - One of the hardest ones that I’ve done because now my core is much stronger which allows me to add more intensity to the workout and make the exercises more controlled and flex my core even more so it was very hard!
Day 20 - I been working out for 20 days now and I haven’t felt so tired than today, still managed to get my ab workout in, but stopped a lot but put a lot of intensity into each movement I did
Day 21 - I missed it super shottt
and tired
Day 22 - Away on a trip, I basically worked out earlier but even within soreness I got it in, no way I’m missing 2 days in a row.
Day 23 - missed it
Day 24 - Is getting harder because I’m getting stronger and adding more tension to it
Day 25 - almost there! Good workout done
Day 26 - Did it at the gym 🙏🏾💯
Day 27 - Oh man, my belly is flat. Good workout 🏋️♀️
Day 28 - went to the gym and then went home and did it 🙏🏾💯barely got it through but finished it
Day 29 - FINALLY GOT THROUGH BICYCLE CRUNCHES!
Day 30 - CRUSHED IT!

Yesssss!!! So proud of you! I myself did this challenge and my tummy is so much more defined and toned. I love my results 😃
maddyphobia so while I was doing this challenge I ate a lot of lentils, beans, veggies and fruits, Greek yogurt, and a bunch of whole wheat bread. Stay away from anything bad for you! Such as, chips, cookies, pizza, ice cream and eating out. Keep this up and you’ll see a difference in 2 weeks cause I know I started seeing results really quick! Hope this helps

Results:
Day 1: It was pretty hard but I got through it. Hopefully tomorrow will be better!
Day 2: I see results already! I’m doing my best to engage my abs and can definitely feel the burn. I’m feeling good!
Day 3: Feeling slightly unmotivated because my stomach seems back to normal. The workout wasn’t as hard as usual though.
Day 4: My stomach is back to normal. Feeling unmotivated.
Day 5: I can definitely see some improvement in how flat my stomach is (which is surprising considering how much junk food I ate last night). The workout is getting SO much easier.
Day 6: I did my workout much later than usual today because I was really busy. I definitely have to say that my stomach is flatter than when I started and I haven’t made any other changes in my diet or anything. These results are definitely coming from the workout!
Day 7: It’s officially been one week, and I’m going to be perfectly honest with you. I’m not very impressed with the results, or… lack there of. I said that my stomach has been getting flatter because I thought it was, but now I’m not so sure. The size of it varies SO much depending on the day which makes it hard to tell. I will keep going because I want to give it a fair shot, but I think I might cut out sugar and start avoiding dairy. I really want to see results so please give me some help in the comments! Thank you guys so much-you have been so motivating.
Day 8: The workout was pretty good today! I’m hoping that pretty soon I will get a flat stomach and then beginning building the muscle from there. It’s currently not flat, but I’ll keep trying!
Day 9: Today I woke up SO close to my goal waist measurement! I’m only .15 in away. It will probably go away tomorrow, but short-lasting results are still results! I’ll update you guys tomorrow on whether or not it lasts.
Day 10: I’ve been watching a bunch of videos of people trying this workout and they all seem to get results so much quicker than me. I feel like I’m doing something wrong. I’ll try to eat healthier and we’ll see. I didn’t get to officially measure my waist yet, but I know my stomach is getting bigger again.
Day 11: Still going strong! All this hard work is definitely paying off! I took some pics in a cropped hoodie yesterday without feeling at all insecure. Today I’m going to the beach and I can’t wait! I finally reached my goal waist measurement. My waist is tiny, but my stomach isn’t completely flat yet. To be honest, I think that’s partly because I eat a lot and have digestive issues. I eat healthy most days so eating a lot doesn’t cause me to gain fat, but it definitely affects my stomach. Anyway, I’m going to keep it up until 30 days. To anyone doing it with me, we can do this! And to everyone else, I definitely recommend trying it!
Day 12: I did the workout really late today but I still did it! My stomach was really flat this morning.
Day 13: The workout went extremely well today. My abs are on fire!
Day 14: Two weeks done! My waist is starting to get back to the way it used to be, so I’m going to be eating extra healthy for the next few days.
Day 15: My waist hasn’t improved but it hasn’t gotten worse either. Things are going a bit downhill, but I think I’ll be back on track pretty soon!
Day 16: Today’s workout was great! My stomach is flat but still kind of squishy. I’m hoping to build more muscle soon!

Day 23: Today my stomach was big again. Not feeling good at all.

Day 25: I sat down at my laptop this morning, ready to write negatively about how my waist is back to 24 inches and how this was a waste of 25 days. That’s when I realized that I was looking at things the wrong way. I’m not going to define myself by a number. All of your positive comments have been so helpful to me, and I appreciate you guys so much! So for the the last 5 days of this workout challenge, I am going to do it as best as I can. Today I engaged so much that abs were completely on FIRE when it was finished. I did a two minute plank as well. I’m going to do one every day. I’ll eat healthy foods I love like avocados, oatmeal, lettuce, and mango. I’m determined to get abs and I will stay positive until I get them! :D
Day 26: Guess what? Being positive paid off! Today I’m back down to almost 23 inches!
Day 27: Still going strong! Today the workout was actually surprisingly hard.
Day 28: I completed the workout today, but my stomach is just getting worse again.
Day 29: The workout is super easy now and there's only one day left. Thank you guys SO much for 500 likes! You're the best!
Day 30: Last day completed. I don’t have abs, but I guess I shouldn’t have expected them. I didn’t realize until about halfway through that this was a part of a program. It seems that doing just one video from it is not very effective. I’m trying her two-week shred now. I’m so sorry to disappoint you guys, but at the least I finished the workout! I now have a smaller waist and can actually see the muscle in my stomach. You can see these lines but they’re not as obvious as actually abs because my stomach isn’t perfectly flat yet. But anyway, I’m proud of myself for finishing this long challenge and I can’t wait to see if I get abs by the end of the two-week shred. Wish me luck everyone and thank you for all of your support! Day 2: I’m super sore but I did okay
Day 3-6: I don't see much of a difference yet but I feel lighter/slimmer already. I'm still really sore and I've been using some of her other videos as well not just this one. I took Day 7 as a rest day because I'm a Seventh-Day Adventist so I don't exercise on Saturdays.
Day 8-9: I've been feeling kind of bloated but i made it through the workout.
Day 10: I didn't do any workouts, I had no motivation.
Day 11: Hopping back on it, gonna try to go harder to make up for yesterday. (post-workout) My back really hurt for some reason so i had to take some exercises easy but i noticed my legs look way slimmer than they used to so i’ve probably already lost some weight (i can’t weight myself because i don’t have a scale)
Day 12 & 13: Okay okay I cheated. I missed two days because I didn’t have any motivation to exercise so I’m starting again tomorrow.
Day 14: I don't see that much of a difference and it's probably because of the days I missed so I'm gonna do the program she has on her website and update you guys on how well that one works for me. I'm doing her 2-week ab shred challenge.

And seeing a change in my body .so don't doubt yourself go for it.I am a bit chubby so it isn't easy for me to go sometimes in one go so I pause Chloe a bit and take 40sec rest if I can't continue.but I finish it ultimately.just don't give up guys.👍

I see a lot of girls on here who are expecting to see results with this workout and trust me you will but you NEED to keep some things in mind. The only way to see abs is through good nutrition, so yes, whilst doing this workout everyday you need to make sure you Are eating right. That DOES NOT mean eating so few calories (e.g. below 1200) for some this may seem like it’s a lot but nobodies BMR is less than this no matter how small you are. You need to be eating enough to allow for muscle growth- this doesn’t mean bulky. It may take longer than your quick fix but trust me this is the only time In my life that I actually have visable abs and they only came after I sorted out my nutrition and started weight lifting 4-5 times a week. Also just through looking through these comments so many girls are posting their weight and height and then comparing themselves to other people of the same height that are lower In weight... why?? Don’t think that just because someone weighs less that they are better in shape than you. Body composition (e.g. muscle mass, whether you have a big bum or boobs) really matters when weighing yourself so please don’t compare as everyone is so different! I would advise taking measurements or progress pictures (my REAL favourite way of tracking progress) as this is not a weight loss workout but rather a toning up programme which is only effective for perceived weight loss if you have a low body fat percentage (which you can do by being in a caloric deficit.. STILL doesn’t mean eating below 1200 calories as this is what we burn naturally through daily movements but rather through doing this workout as burning that little bit extra or going for a run, getting in those 10,000 steps) Progress pictures will be so much more healthy than tracking your weight everyday as if anything your weight may go up due to increased muscle mass but in reality you will LOOK leaner. Please girls don’t be a slave to the scales their not worth the anxiety and obsessiveness that they cause! Real progress takes time and patience so please don’t be upset if this doesn’t do it for you alone just try to incorporate good nutrition through macros (way healthier than counting just calories in everything as it’s important to be getting your protein, carb and fat intake on point) thanks for reading lol

hey! im doing this workout to get a defined stomach for spring break, which is in 3 months. Day 1: bicycle crunches were the hardest, but you could definitely feel them working! i will come back after day 2
