    I’m health conscious and eat more healthy food than I do unhealthy food. I drink lots of water but I also will have sometimes during the week have something that isn’t the healthiest for suppers (I don’t make supper) but all my other meals are all healthy. I’m wondering if that’s ok?

    I had that same problem where I wasn't getting any results after two weeks. What I did was wait a week.. I just took some time to relax, calm down, ate a little less, ect. But then over time I realized that all I really needed was a break! I finally had results

    I only eat junk food on the weekends and I'm still not seeing results I drink hell lots of water and workout 10-20 mins a day for 4 days a week and still no results 😔

      well you dont have to keep that mindset, its hard to quit junk food for some but i would just cut carbs. like maybe eat baked chips not like a lot of healthy food although it would be better alsoo everyones body is different. and tbh i think you have the courage to do it :D

    ngl for me it's diet and I know it, I have done 2 challenges consistant with good water, extra physical activity, and form. I don't want to make an excuse but it's hard for me to shop and cook for myself while sharing a kitchen with the rest of my family. When I was living alone I was able to diet a lot more consistantly. I need to get it together though because I know I am so much more strong and I need to eat the right foods for my body.

      hey! you dont have to be like those "perfect girls" first of all their not even perfect. It doesnt even matter about ur size, only do it for yourself. im 13 almost ur age but im also struggling like you. its different for everyone just drinks lots and lots of water and workout for like 10 mins and ur good to go. change to be healthy not to look skinny it shouldn't matter especially at ur age dont worry about it

    Abs are made in the kitchen! Exercise can tone things up and build muscle but to lose the body fat it’s mostly dependent on diet.

    Honestly having a diet is weird because most of the time u gain that weight back when you’re tryna loose weight so just eat what you want have a calorie deficit and just make sure your getting enough proteins and vitamins

    I’m an esthetician and worked with hard wax for years. I recently got my first sugar wax and must say I prefer sugaring. My skin seems to be less irritated and smoother afterward. If you are someone who has never been waxed, then regular hard wax is best. Once your skin gets used to waxing, and your hair starts growing finer, it will be a good idea to transition into sugar, especially if you have thick, coarse hair.

    All I've done the last 75 days is walk and curl my 40 pound dumbell curls. I was 300 to 305 and now I'm 277. I want to get to 200 within 1 year. it's amazing how much less belly fat I have already with 23 pounds less.
