Happy Monday! Starting this week off with this killer upper body circuit 👏🏼🔥 grab a pair of dumbbells, and let’s get to it! Let me know how you enjoyed this one Xx - Maddie
this actually makes a difference! you feel her encouraging you because she’s also going through the movements/feeling the effects which is really encouraging :)
I've been doing this exercise for 6 days straight, and I have seen major improvement in my muscle and the fat in my back. I'm trying to tone up and this is giving me exactly what I want, thank you! I'm continuing this all of April because I'm graduating 8th grade this year and I want to look great in my cap and gown. Thank you!
aww🥺I'm sure u will look great no matter what! I am a senior and graduating this year and I also want to look good in my cap and gown:) u got this and congrats🥳
I wouldn't do this every day. You need to give your muscles time to rest and develop...well unless you're using really light weights (like 3 to 5 lbs). But if you ever see this comment and want to go heavier, you'll definitely need to do this every other day, give your muscles time to grow :)
yesss.... the sets are 40 seconds instead of 30 or a minute!! for a minute, i get bored easily but for 30 seconds, i dont feel challenge or the “burn” so 40-45 seconds is perfect!!! idk if i’m the only one that thinks this
Same same not different . Breaking the routine into smaller increments definitely helps me . Thinking about a half hour routine seems like a lot for me and my brain just refuses to co-operate but break it up and my brain is enthusiastic as heck .👍🖖
The feeling after you exercise is so relieving! You feel refreshed! Now I can't get enough of it! Anyone need any motivation? Set daily reminders on your phone with affirmations to keep you going! And if you ever feel lazy, FORCE yourself to get started and then when you start, you'll want to finish. Sometimes we need to stop being lazy and start!
Power MEDITATION so true the other day was having a really bad day, feeling down teary eyed just messy. So I FORCED myself to just get up a workout felt sooo much better after I finished. The power of moving😊💪🏼
Thanks for the tips. Comparing use of 5lb versus 10lb dumbbells, which would be used for toning and maintaining arms versus which would be more suitable to burn significant fat in arms?
I've been neglecting my arms, mostly because I didn't know where to start. This workout was very doable and got me motivated to incorporate more upper body workouts into my routine!!! Thanks girlie
I bought myself a dumbell set because I really needed to get in shape and build strength. You make the process feel not so overwhelming. I have gained so much muscle definition in just 1 month doing 2 of your videos and cardio 5x per week. It's literally changed my life, thank you.
Literally just about to go and workout and was thinking "I'd like a new upper body workout today to change it up a bit" and here is Maddie reading my mind and giving what I need. We appreciate you ❤❤❤
@@rebeccanuque1476 It may sound or feel silly but using shampoo or conditioner bottles may help. You can also use canned goods, water bottles, detergent bottles, a heavy purse lol. In March I could barely do a jumping jack, now I can actually hold a plank for thirty seconds, do high knees, plus more thanks to you! Never thought I’d get here. Thank you for your workouts!!! I feel so good after ❤️
I just love her for having her hair how it should be during a workout: In a place where it doesn´t move and stays out of your face. Not like other fitness gurus on TH-cam who are like: "Oh yeah, I always workout with totally perfect curled hair."

I went and tried another fitness instructors video and I think I sprained my shoulder bad. I will never ever do someone elses video. You are the best girl, keep up the good work 🔥❤️
Hi Maddie! I caught my mom doing this one Monday morning and had to try it today... and now my arms feel like spaghetti lol! Just wanted to let you know how much of a light you are in our lives! I showed my mom your channel when I moved back home in March and I wake up to her working out with you every single day. We can't get enough, and SUPER appreciate all that you do for your followers... :) You are an inspiration to so many!
Thanks Maddie, I wasn't feeling the best these past 3 days but you made me grabbed dumbbell and literally just do it with my pjs! This is totally something to add onto my daily routine!
Just finished! My arm muscles are burning! I’m happy to say I’m a female who’s not scared about growing a bit of muscle anymore :) FEMALES I ENCOURAGE YOU TO WORK OUT YOUR ARMS AND NOT BE SCARED OF GROWING MUSCLE! ❤️❤️❤️ good luck with your workout everyone!
This is my most repeated workout of yours, I’ve done this almost consistently at least twice a week since you uploaded it, and my arms have never been more toned and defined. Over time, I’ve increased the weights I use with this workout. It is also my go-to when pressed for time, or I’m not feeling motivated to work out. I tell myself just do 2 out of 3 sets then stop, and I usually will just finish all 3 sets. My kids also know this workout by the song lyrics “Keeping my eyes on, keeping my eyes on…” 🤣 Thanks again for this.
I‘d like to see a 40min full body workout which includes a warm up & a cool down. I know that‘s a more demanding one but I don‘t think this is existing on this channel yet, so it would be something new and it could help many people out there - including myself hihi - Much Love to you, Maddie and thank you for keeping us fit & motivated❤️
i am in love. just quit my gym membership and i was looking for good home workouts...i mean, wow, you already helped me so much. i am in love with not only the workouts but with you too. and the burn...its insane!!!
These videos have changed the way I workout. Formation, slow, listening to your body, and allowing myself to build inner resilience. Thank you so much!
This is by far my most favorite upper body workout. I have seen some improvement on my arms and back and always come back to this video for the past few months whenever I need to train my upper body quickly yet effectively! Thank you, Maddie x
Heyy, u mentioned that u've seen improvement in ur back, have u also lost back fat? I'm doing the exercise mostly bc of backfat and arm fat..tnx in advance! ❤
I absolutely LOVED this workout! It wasn't TOO hard but still definitely pushed me and my arms are sore! This is my favorite new arm workout! Thank you Maddie
This has been the first upper body workout I have been able to commit to and fully enjoy doing. Trying to figure out reps and sets has been challenging before but this has been so simple and doable that it is now a permanent part of my workout routine. Thank you, thank you!
Finally, a new 15 minutes Upper Body workout! I was running out of it from your channel and I only ever do yours, as much as possible. 😍 PS: 20 minutes abs/core workout next please. As well as a 2-in-1 leg and booty workout. Thanks! PPS: Lovin' the new music too ❤️
I’ve been doing 3 of your videos every day for the last 7 weeks & today was the first day I didn’t have to stop or make some sort of mod to complete each exercise! Breakthrough!!! 🎉 Thank you so much for these videos, Maddie! I absolutely love your style of workouts. They’re challenging & effective! I feel like my day isn’t complete until I work out with you! 💓 ~Amy
I'm a newbie and I'm honestly just tryna get fit:) I've never used dumbbells until today and I was able to finish the video with you, so proud of myself so thank you
Hi Madi. First time with you. Did a 30m cardio HIIT before this. Loved the ranges of motion. Good muscle-building workout for biceps, triceps & shoulders. The audio/mic level for your voice seems relatively low so I turned on the captions so that I could follow better. Thanks for the workout. Thank you for including a cooldown in the description section.
Hello from Austin Texas! I've been working from home since last year and have made working out during my lunch important to help keep me sane :) I was looking for something quick and different in order to stick with a routine since I've been doing my own thing or trying various videos that I wasn't crazy about or was all about the "push", and this was different. Look forward to working out with your other videos!
Thank you. I am in an excellent bad shape and decided to try all your workouts for a month and see what happens :) and mindful eating as much as possible.
Great video! We are both in our 80's! We believe that you don't stop moving when you get old, you get old when you stop moving! We're doing some research for our tiny new healthy-aging advice TH-cam channel. Learned a lot. Thank you.
You just rock!!!! What I really like about you is u r in this with you don't take additional breaks rather than what u give us during the routine you really r with us through the workout it really distinguishes u from the others. How can someone be so calm, beautiful, fit, energetic and constant at same time. I just love u Maddie❤️
this is the only workout vid I follow when training my upper body, at home. I've seen some muscle growth and definition, thank you for sharing this with us. ❤
I was doing one of your workouts for arms when you posted this one. Every time I do one of your workouts time pass by so fast and I enjoy them but I'm also so sore. Thank u♡ Have you thought to do a challange for body toning? I'd be the first one to sign in😊
Great work out!! Done it twice this week and I like how challenging it feels on my muscles and my heart rate is up just a bit. Can you do a similar workout for the lower-body? All legs focused? I do your other dumbbell works which are full body and love those, but it's nice to have a focused work out too (when I'm feeling lazy in my arms!) Thanks for posting all the time and keeping me fit. I don't feel like i have to return to a gym with all your videos.
I love your videos so much! It feels really nice to workout "with" someome that is focusing so mich on form and not just shouting "common you can do another one!!". I have been running for most of my life and are trying out doing some upper body workouts and I keep comming back to your videos because they don't intimidate me as much as if I would have gone to a class or followed one of those hardcore muscle building videos. Keep on doing them, I love following them! 🥰
Thanks for making these videos that encourage people including me, You are the one that but me in the good place, You helped me when I was in a place that was not the best for me, Thanks again Maddie!
Exactly what I needed to switch up my routine (have been doing another video of your for a few weeks)! Thank you for creating for us such incredible content! Sending you all the love!
This is great! Just started doing cross country, so I had to find a quicker way to get in my upper body strength training. These workouts are 15 min and concise. Thanks!
Maddy, today is the day when I am starting -again- this workout. I already did it to the end, and I am going to do it at least 4 times a week, until I see my arms looking fit and toned -like when I was 40 y/o- and that's a looooong time ago. Thank you Maddie!! April 10, 2022.
Thanks for reminding me to not stop moving.. I always intent to stop when arms starts to ache already but you really helped me finish the whole exercise. Thanks 😊
Maddy when I was younger, I could see results almost immediately. . . been doing this workout for three months twice a week, -and twice a week lower back- and I wish I could see more improvement. Please any advice? I am using 5 kg wights and they are heavy enough for me. Do I need to do it more often? July 10, 2022
Oh my gosh! These workouts have helped me soo much already in the few days I've been doing them! Before I could barely do one push up on my knees but now I can go the full time!!! 😂😂😂 Thank's Maddie! ❤👍
maddie, thank you, you've made me love working out! i've noticed such a difference in my body since i've been following ur videos since earlier this year. I've never felt so strong - especially in my arms, which has always been a weak spot for me! thanks for making exercising so accessible and fun! :p
Love that you lead through all 3 rounds so I have not the excuse, that the video is already over or so ;) btw you have such a calm voice leading through the workout, I love that it's not 'pushy' :)
I am out of shape and will be starting with one round (I'd recommend for anyone just starting working out otherwise you get too sore.) I'm an overachiever and have learned this lesson too many times 😅
You are right on time omg thank youuu I needed this so much! I hate my upper body from waist up please keep showing us beginners how to shrink this area upper body !!!
Ive been loving every video of yours. This one was so effective. I used 8 lb. Dumbbells. I like your positive energy, and saying Lets Get to it. Thanks for all your videos.
I have shoulder problems so I’ve been starting to work out with really low weight levels (literally 2-3 pounds) and I was feeling it after this circuit - it’s amazing how you do this with 10 pounds!! :o
Hey there! I’ve recently become obsessed with your channel! Every workout is short, modifiable, and easy to follow. I do have a question about the half squat/bent at the waste/flat back position you do first in the sequence: what is the benefit of this and what/where should I be feeling it? Currently, I wonder if my low back is weak because this position seems kind of hard - even though I have the arm strength to do the arm exercises. Thanks for the help!
Okay, I haven't done this workout yet, I'm assuming she does this form for rows, but either way keeping a flat back just helps to protect it. To keep good form, you really need to contract your core, and it could help to also squeeze your butt a bit :)
This is one of my absolute favorites so far, I only find the loud music very distracting, it’s very hard to listen to you when it’s playing at that volume
Thank u Maddie, I just finished this workout and let me tell you, my shoulders and arms are definitely burning! Wonderful job, as always 💘👏 P.s.: I've been working out with you every day for a year now, and I've seen a lot of changes! I'm so glad I found your TH-cam chanmel ❤
Love your workouts. It is amazing the strength I have gained with the exercises. After many years of yoga, I learned how to engage my lower back because you showed me how. You are awesome.
I've been doing this workout diligently for the past week and my partner and I already notice a difference in my biceps! I've been doing this with 5 lb weights, gonna move up to 8 lbs next week. 😁💪🏼
I didn't use to like these videos during lock down, my two water bottles somehow seemed to be too light, but now I've bought some dumbells and I hope you'll make more of these workouts!
This was a fun workout! I felt like giving up but your words encouraged me. for some reason, i was really motivated by your comments. Feels like you were personally coaching beside me.
Just did this, absolutely loved it definitely feeling the burn and sooo needing that cooldown and stretch. Thank you for ALWAYS encouraging to not stop especially towards the end when we are realllyyx feeling it. Love you lots🙂❤💪🏽

freaking loved how calm this workout was i could focus on my muscles and form a lot better without insane edm music and someone yelling at me
Doubled it and did 30 mins and I am repeating this every week. This is by far my fav upper body workout.
Have you seen any results?
I’ve been training myself for years now. But I love using your arm workouts it’s so perfect after some cardio it really helps me tone my back💜✨
Maddy when I was younger, I could see results almost immediately. . . been doing this workout for three months twice a week, -and twice a week lower back- and I wish I could see more improvement. Please any advice? I am using 5 kg wights and they are heavy enough for me. Do I need to do it more often? July 10, 2022
I really like the variety in this one - most sets have more than one move. Been in my arm rotation ever since you uploaded it! ☺️❤️
Oh my gosh! These workouts have helped me soo much already in the few days I've been doing them! Before I could barely do one push up on my knees but now I can go the full time!!! 😂😂😂 Thank's Maddie! ❤👍
Love upper body circuits! Thanks for the quarantine pump 💪💪
maddie, thank you, you've made me love working out! i've noticed such a difference in my body since i've been following ur videos since earlier this year.
I really enjoyed the pace of this one, the music and the new movements! I'm going to be using this one so often!
Day 10 of 20 and I keep going. I'm sure by the end of this challenge, I'll have improved my upper body strength.
I am out of shape and will be starting with one round (I'd recommend for anyone just starting working out otherwise you get too sore.) I'm an overachiever and have learned this lesson too many times 😅
Fun Fact:Madfit makes Days better💖
Love u and your Videos🤗❤
Love these quick workouts that focus on one part of the body.
This workout is absolutely fire every time.
I searched arm work outs and she is helping me out a lot! Easy and affective work outs that are enjoyable. Thank you!
This is one of my absolute favorites so far, I only find the loud music very distracting, it’s very hard to listen to you when it’s playing at that volume
burned myself out BIG time on that last pushup set... forgot ALL ABOUT the tricep extensions....you made me double the weigh and it was CRAZY
Thank u Maddie, I just finished this workout and let me tell you, my shoulders and arms are definitely burning! Wonderful job, as always 💘👏
P.s.: I've been working out with you every day for a year now, and I've seen a lot of changes! I'm so glad I found your TH-cam chanmel ❤
Love your workouts. It is amazing the strength I have gained with the exercises. After many years of yoga, I learned how to engage my lower back because you showed me how.
You are awesome.
I almost didn't do the last set but your wordsssss 🙏 thank you for encouraging me to find the motivation within!
Love your dumbbell workouts 4 arms and upper body. This is my weak area. Need more please xx
Love this workout!! I can tell I'm going to be sore tomorrow, thank you for making these videos Maddie!!
The workout was incredible!!! You are so smart and efficient about putting the right muscles to work in such a time efficient manner!!!!! Love it! ❤️
I've been doing this workout diligently for the past week and my partner and I already notice a difference in my biceps! I've been doing this with 5 lb weights, gonna move up to 8 lbs next week. 😁💪🏼
hallelujah! keep spreading the truth, may God bless and protect each one of His servants 🙏🏼 we’re blessed to be His children
She is phenomenal.. I love her work out video’s.. effortless .. thank you 😕
Day 13 of 20 challenge and I've definitely improved on technique and ability to lift more than I could from Day 1!
Maddie, I really appreciate what you do!! Thanks for all the workouts, your are a life changer! 💖
Just did this, absolutely loved it definitely feeling the burn and sooo needing that cooldown and stretch. Thank you for ALWAYS encouraging to not stop especially towards the end when we are realllyyx feeling it. Love you lots🙂❤💪🏽
