There is no optimum order. You shouldn't do 7 exercises for the same muscle groups. Pick any 3 exercises or so and do them in one session. Then after 3 days of rest you can pick the other 3 exercises to try. I would make sure to do at least 1 or 2 heavy compounds each session (like pullups) and prioritize those over the isolation exercises like chest supported dumbbell rows. Do the heavy compounds first (when you have the most energy) and then the isolation exercises can be finishers at the end of your workout.
