Do you really think that success in bodybuilding depends on the coach? I can guarantee you 100% that if you don’t have the right genetics, no one and nothing will help you! Even if all the world champions trained you! By the way, they wouldn’t be champions if they didn’t have genetics! Knowledge doesn’t matter here at all!

@@qwerty-wf2pw I train them directly once a week. Usually a couple days after chest because they get worked hard on chest day also. I will usually do about 5 exercise 4 sets 15-20. By then they usually start to give out and I stop. I don’t overhead press like he said. I found it to be useless for development. Also have realistic expectations natural shoulders can look good but never like his. Also go check out John meadows for rear delt. It really helped bring my shoulders out blasting the rear delt.

Awesome! I learned about moving the pulley height for the cable side laterals, from Jeff Nippard, another one of my fave bodybuilders. It's great to know that you are also doing this in your routine Wesley!

Love to see you still going strong. Followed you from the start with you and your brother in a small gym. But it was the workouts that got me started. 👊🏻

Seeing Wesley use the cuff is so gratifying. I love the cuffs for laterals.

I like your presentation, you go straight to the point and start the movement very quickly rather than like too many body builders/ trainers waste a lot of time describing the muscle groups before they tell you which exercises are good for building that muscle! It’s exhausting to have to listen to all the technical jargon, which is meaningless unless you are a therapist or a Doctor. All beginners want and even the advanced weights lifters want is good advice and demonstrations of new exercises techniques or the old techniques with a twist to hit a different muscle. So thank you for Not talking us to death!😂

This guy's really smart using that ankle strap on the wrist to save your wrist been using that for a while why put undue stress on your wrist thumbs up for that

When I do my delts on shoulders day, I work them back to front (rear, side, front); only two-three exercise each per muscle group. I did try and liked the side delt raise using ankle cuffs on my wrists. Thanks for sharing that, Wesley.

I've been having reall difficulty doing side raises the traditional way die to a partial tear of the common extensor in my right arm almost a year ago, after watching this video this the first time I bought a pair of those straps and I no longer suffer pain in my arm doing side raises
