Lidia, I have to say, you made the best Pilates channel on TH-cam. Your workouts are so peaceful and calm. There is almost an ASMR aspect to your style. I love the silence during the majority of the Pilates session, and your intro and outro have such a gentle and warm encouragement. your pilate workouts are the first where i am not straining my neck. i dont know what it is but thank you! i was doing pilate workouts from a different girl and my neck would always be sore and would cause these horrible headaches. plus, im seeing results with your videos. 🤍

This is just a suggestion, and I understand that life can get busy👍. Being a TH-camr or influencer and creating content can be a lot of work. I'm also here for weight loss, I think you can do this workout with no worries, but you can also do Madfit for dancing, Pamela Reif and Caroline Girvan for calisthenics
Not really. It depends weather you sweat a lot from doing this and actually get tired, which I highly doubt since this seems to be more of a stretch to STAY in shape not to get it. I would recommend doing more exercises than this and actually running in the morning and also change your diets bc it is actually really imprttnat. OR you can just start smoking. I swear, you just dont want to eat anymore, and quitting smoking for me was easier than losing weight. Received so many compliments for losing it, and saying “oh it is sports and diet.” no. I just started smoking dumnasses. And now I quit and do those exercises to keep my shape.
