@@adrianlong9631building an engine means Replacing the Rods and pistons with forged pistons and rods Doing a sleeve job and some work on the heads (porting and valve adjustments) If you want to go deeper you can build the bottom end by Replacing the crank with forged crank or If you want to and so and so on thats just the basics theres plenty of more stuff that im not talking about likes Stroker kits to add or lower compression or do frankynsteins builds ...hopefully i was helpfull Since there was nobody to teach me
@@adrianlong9631 the stuff he is describing for a built engine is something you would want to do if you plan on running high boost and high hp. If you want to turbo your car but don’t plan on putting boost to it to make over 1000 you should be fine with a stock motor. Although it is risky cause there is always going to be risks. Lots of motors are capable of handling right about 1000 hp stock. For instance the LS.

No fuel system upgrades like bigger injectors, and higher flow fuel pump so probably going to have some tuning issues once you go positive on your air charge. 4. Where’s the tubing from the turbo to the inter cooler, and from the inter cooler to the intake manifold ? 5. That piggyback unit for the ecm really isn’t a good way to go unless there are no factory ecm tuning options. As most piggyback systems are prone to failure and normally take the factory ecm out in the process. They also are not near as accurate as the factory ecm as all it is doing is sitting inline between the ecm and what is being controlled and just changing output voltages, or pulse length etc which can cause the factory ecm to try to correct if a sensor downstream senses something out and the factory ecm and piggyback end up fighting each other.

If This is everything you need for a Turbo, this is proof that deleting a Turbo off your car doesn't require special internal components like a different cam. But might require a larger 5th gear.
Depends on the cam some cams are designed to run with boost some are designed to run NA and optimize with boost so I’d say that would depend on the how the motor was built. And not sure why a “larger” im sure you meant longer 5th gear is needed as NA to force fed typically only requires stronger transmission internals to handle the extra power I’ve never had to change gear ratios though. I’m quite sure you don’t know what your talking about when it comes to performance so maybe stop talking and listen you might just learn something.
