    So I checked some of this trainer video and her music is sooooo good and the exercise is great for toning upper body and losing calories. Please add more of her classes. The music alone makes me want to move my body. Also, don't worry about how much calories you're burning, as long are your sweating, not stressing out and eating healthy you'll eventually loose inches

    Yasss day one completed✅ I’ll come back in a week and tell ya my results. It was actually fun doing this. I’m sweating a lot right now. Day2 completed ✅ my arms are sour I’m back after a week haven’t seen great change yet also not disappointed because it’s only been a week and you can’t get great results like that so fast. One change I’ve seen is my lower belly it’s getting smaller. Definitely will keep going and update you guys in a week again 😘. ✅ Last week I’m backkkkkkkkkkk i didn’t see dramatic change but as week went on this Workout got easier and easier. Everyone’s body is different so you may get results like in 2 months thank y’all for following me on my journey hope this helped.

      Não,porque estou acostumada a fazer as aulas,quando comecei a fazer sentia muita dor no abdômen,fazia de vez em quando,mas o corpo vai acostumando com o exercício,porque trabalha nos músculo do abdômen,estou me sentindo muito bem,meu abdômen estava muito flácido,agora diminui e esta firme ,procuro fazer todo dia.
      Bom treino pra vocês,nao desiste,seja persistente que vai conseguir,

      @@shawetan every Wednesday..Thursday...Friday....Saturday and Sunday....I lost one bra size upper over all.... I lost a lot o bell fat also...well I was never a fat person.. I had a punch which is gone ... I lost 8 lbs and I'm back ti a size I love...I know I mentioned I started your classes since the pandemic. My mistake...I started in April 2021 and I'm amazed at the results and I'm not stopping there...because I love looking at my self in the mirror now. No fat tummy and my boobs and much more attractive to look at...so I'm looking forward to work out with you guys in the morning please God..thank again for the great job...i have more self confidence now

      @@shawetan you should its really great...plus I never went on any diet...and it's the first exercise I'm doing where I even seeing plenty improvement on my bust line . .wich I never though was possible I was really blown away with that and impressed...so that was my motivation to continue....my upper body was always my target....I was never satisfied with all the results from my previous course.....but these classes really did the job...

      Eu comecei a fazer fazem 2 meses, ja perdi medidas na barriga toda. Não vou omitir, além desse faço a dança africana do canal Kukwafitness, movimenta todo o corpo e são sempre 15 a 18 min. Melhorei muito minha saúde

    Ella es la mejor. !! Amo sus rutinas y su sonrisa. Hago 4 videos de ella cada día hace 3 meses y ya he bajado 10 kilos y fortaleci mis brazos, abdomen y piernas.

      @@demytamayo2096 Hola !! no diria que fue dieta. Hice un cambio radical en mi alimentación. Deje por completo las harinas y dulces. Como pollo, pescado, frutas y ensaladas, atún, y yogurt descremado, galletas de arroz con queso descremado. Tacos con pollo, palta y verduras. Nada de carnes rojas. Y eso me ayudo a bajar de peso y poder hacer las rutinas poco a poco. Yo ya no necesito comer nada de aquello que tan mal me hizo. Inicio mi día con un vaso de agua con limón y ayuno. Luego tomo mate y ya a las 12 almuerzo. Te juro que se puede. Solo empieza un día a la vez. Y así lo lograrás!!!
