The craziest thing about this is that MOST MEN don’t have to be 6 ft and making 6 figures. Based on sheer statistics most men don’t even meet those qualifications and more than half of them are partnered (in the US at least).

It's such a hard thing for people to get. And like... fems date fems too... and a lot of fems are actually "masculine" in terms of taking care of shit for someone else or a whole family. I will say, though, it does offer a great insight: Butch/stud lesbian masculinity does not depend on subjugating, controlling or denigrating femininity the way traditional/toxic masculinity does. So .... the problem is still very much with men and patriarchy, not masculinity itself. And yes, the gentlemen at 8:56 is absolutely correct, too: Studs are what men imagine themselves to be. Even the broke stud I know was balling. She had a whole house, took care of her mama, sister, cousins, etc. had a nice car. Had no job. She was amazing. I called her one day just to tell her I missed her and she cash apped me 50 bucks on the spot and got my kids something for theit birthday that year. Dudes can not compete where they don't compare. Queer, bi and lesbian women are honestly the best of all worlds.

At this point, it's just exhausting to keep telling these men that what they think is the problem isn't the problem for most women. Women figured patriarchy damaged some of us, so we put in the work to heal and grow with or without men. Improving yourself makes you a better person for others. It's that simple. If these men spent as much time on self-improvement and growth as they did on pointing at and talking about women being the problem, we would all have been in a better place. I don't know why men don't understand that their resistance to change will be their emotional burden to bear because women are done bearing that burden. At this point, I'm just going to leave them alone and try to make more female friends. This is exhausting.

I don’t know. Maybe because a stud is still a woman and is likely to be more emotionally mature, vulnerable, etc. also woman are typically shorter (5’4’) than men so expecting a 6 foot women would be just as unrealistic as a woman who expects a man to be 6’5’ (1% of pop).
I had a conversation like this recently. I am bi and was discussing the dynamics between women with a lesbian woman. They are different than the dynamics in a hetero relationship. Obviously, nothing is true across the board, but in a lot of the Hetero relationships I’ve had and observed the man just works and thinks that is all they have to contribute to the household despite the fact it is not 1950 and women are working full time jobs as well out earning their male counterparts many times.
Even women who have chosen to live together as friends, mothers, divorcees, etc to save money or to help each other or whatever it may be have said it is wonderful. Helping each other with the children, cooking, cleaning and finances and they love it. I’ve recently read a few articles about these situations. Two best friends recently divorced with children living together. Multiple mothers teaming up to have a home and raise children together. Every woman pulling their own weight and helping the others sounds like a beautiful dynamic to me.

I want to take care of the woman I’m going to spend the rest of my life with. So I make sure my career and education can provide an environment for me to do that. It’s no secret that women want that. And it not just about the physical and money. It’s about emotional intelligence and truly caring for the person you’re with. I want an upper class life and I work hard to have that and it means nothing if you don’t have someone to share it with. I work hard to be able to afford my lifestyle and if I’m with my wife, of course she will benefit from that because that’s what you do for the woman you love.

Ahh yes something that I, as a queer woman, can definitely speak on. I’m pansexual and nonbinary(to keep it simple) I’m very feminine presenting for the time being(for safety reasons). My interactions w/men… a lot of them are not good ppl and tbh my relationships w/women/non-men were a lot less heartbreak vs men. I told myself if a man really wants me he has to REALLY show me. Otherwise, I have other options and I ain’t about to let no man stress me out. Relationships w/non-men are just so special and deep and loving.
In this case we’re talking studs, they’re women, not men! Ofc you’re gonna have your bad bunch, that’s just the human condition. But they know esp since they’re also women what’s important and what women want bc why? They’re also women! It’s not hard
Me personally, I want a power couple dynamic but tbh I wouldn’t mind taking care of my partner. That’s why I’m not in a committed relationship now, I wanna be the best that I can be and already have my stuff before getting into a relationship. Since I like Black queer folk I don’t wanna bring dysfunction and dustiness. I wanna bring healthy and happy Black love

As the woman at the end of the stiches says, queer relationships are a totally different dynamic than heterosexual ones, so the first question show that his holder was misinformed. There's also a lot of studs who get physical with their gfs just bc they're both technically women. There's a lot of domestic violence with lesbian couples, so let's not over romanticize this concept. Making generalizations isn't going to help us.
There are also a lottttttttttt of fuckboy studs, so enough with the "oh, we're more emotionally intelligent just because were women and women know what wom.." STOP lol. Because that does not apply to everyone. Being emotional does not mean you are emotionally intelligent.
If these women were as emotionally intelligent as they're claiming to be, they would know it's not about "competing" with studs just bc they're acknowledging a difference in expectations.
A lot of these "reasons" are only based off bad men, but still grouping all men together. As if bad men represent them all. Nah.
A lot of things women in this video say about men can also be said about women.
Stop making generalizations and pay attention to the actual individual you're dealing with regardless of their gender.

Like, I’ve never met another man like my dad, so I’m like trusty of men. I have my reasons and they’re very valid. And as a bisexual, studs are…how do I put it. The bomb.
Here’s what happens. They’re females, right. As soon as we are found to be female we get socialized like girls. I’m sure at some point most studs were forced into some kinda feminine role and then realized they were a stud and bucked the gender nonsense. But having experienced girlhood…um. They know how and what women want and need. They know how women are treated bc they most likely had taste of it. They want to be better because they are better. They know what it means to full fill a woman’s emotional needs first! And her physical, mental, sexual, and spiritual health of their partner.
Now before someone comes for me, there are shit ass people in any demographic we discuss as a society. In any circle/topic. Keep in mind that when people make a generalization that they’re speaking about the people who fall into the category at hand. Maybe we should look at generalizations as opportunities to check in with ourselves.

I’m literally leaning towards only dating women from now on because every single man I’ve ever dealt with is an abuser. I’ve been abused by females too, both fems and studs, but I’m willing to give women another shot because at least none of them ruined my life the way men did.

A stud is not a man. The comparison is weird.
Also, lolaisthedanger is my friend in real life. Been knowing them for decades. Awesome person!
