Oh my goodness, remember the hard wig soft life? Literally that whole trend was made by gurls on TikTok after the clip of that British Billionaire with his African wife (I think she's from Congo) went viral. Like people don't understand that a small body is currency to these rich non black men regardless of what race you fall into.

It's true that most people marry within their economic and social circles, including color.
However, there are billionaire white men who marry black women. For example, Maximilian (or Max), the Prince of Liechtenstein, who married a Caribbean-born black woman, with whom he has a son. There are more to be found by Googling photos of billionaires with black wives. They do have the same look that the first woman in the video is discussing.
However, I don't believe people accept a random commenter's claims of expertise at face value and gives more weight to what they say based on such claims. Especially if that person's comments come across with the talking points, lingo and sometimes borderline hostility of a hood black man.

Let’s just be real about the fact that most of us will not wind up with a billionaire. Regardless if we are slim or not. When people spend all this time and energy talking about what billionaires like I just laugh. It’s fine to want wealthy guys and if you do bag a billionaire, great for you. But in the mean time try to be a little bit more realistic. Go for doctors and lawyers. They may not be billionaires but they are well off. We should all strive for financial stability in men. Let’s keep it 100! The BBL fad began in the strip club. It started with butt shots, then transitioned to BBLs. That grew in popularity with the Kardashian crew (who already jumped off the bandwagon). If we think about it outside of rappers, athletes, scammers, drug dealers and hustlers, who has ever seen a rich (wealthy) but not famous man with a BBL chick?
While I agree that people should do what they choose and love who they choose, it is obvious that if you are looking to get “married” to a wealthy man that doesn’t fall into any of these categories then her advice is right. So let me sum her statement up: Don’t get a bbl expecting to have better richer suitors as you’re likely to attract the wrong type of men.

I've had a big butt since highschool, I can agree. This body type attracts lower caliber men the most. It just is what it is. I think its absolutely crazy for women to get BBLs because the sxualization that I've experienced while dating and in life in general is overwhelming. It's not a good feeling. I dated a man and made it a point to where clothing that didn't show my figure after several dates I wore one dress and he couldn't control himself- I literally had to uber myself away from him. The whole dynamic of us dating changed. Unless a woman wants to be objectified, I wouldn't do it.

I highly doubt having a big butt mostly attracts lower caliber men. Some lower caliber men are just quicker to approach women because the guy who isn't about bs has just about been written off by women. They've been rejected so much that they don't approach women. Being of a higher caliber doesn't mean you prefer less shapely women at all, my friend.

Sis same. Naturally curvy and most men just want to smash. I was so confused when I saw the big butt trend start. Women see us getting attention and crave it, not knowing that it’s mostly the wrong attention and can be dangerous, putting us at a high risk of rape even in childhood since I bloomed around 8th grade. All the older men I attracted as a child (from 30s to 70s!) makes me afraid for my daughter. I hope she doesn’t get my shape.

Honestly, I think there is some truth to this, just based on personal experience. My weight goes up and down over the years and I definitely notice it attracts different types of guys at different stages. I have a naturally more curvy body type but I prefer to look more athletic (with some shape still). I do NOT like the types of guys that tend to be attracted to me when I am super curvy. I have to expend more of my energy fending off attention from toxic men when I'm curvier. I decided that this year I am going back to my athletic body type partly because I am tired of that type of attention and I want to signal to better quality men my preference for health and fitness. Because none of the toxic men that approach me ever take health and fitness seriously anyway, it's kind of a natural repellent.

My main issue is with the idea of women being taught to believe that the way to get the lifestyle they want requires getting a man who can provide it. If you rely on a man, then that man will have the power to give or TAKE that lifestyle from you. Look over there at Oprah, or Rihanna, or Taylor Swift…no man can threaten to take their lifestyle because they earned it instead of marrying it.
If you make your own money, build your own career, and level yourself up, you’ll eventually place yourself in circles where successful men and women are found. When you earn the life you want, people who can match your energy tend to show up, and the better you are at what you do, the more those people will _need_ to talk to you.
It’s great to stay fit and on top of your looks, but even models have to do more than look good to be successful. Decenter and level up, ladies. Make yourself someone _you_ can be proud of, and you’ll likely attract similar people.

I think what she said got lost in translation. There's a segment of women who fail to understand that once you get into certain circles, preferences are different. Yes, most men will F apple pie if they could. They would F anything that moves, and it doesn't mean women with BBLs can't get a man or that they are not preferred. The CALIBER of men attracted to women with those types of enhancements is definitely very different from those without. There's a huge difference between men with old money (wealthy) and those with new money (rich) and what they prefer. A man's social and economical background also comes into play here. These conversations werent being had 5 years ago because having a booty was the ish back then but now.... Gen Z gurls think its old and not their style. Make up and hair trends also changed
But This is ABSOLUTELY true. I know most women with the BBL look might get offended but i noticed when i gained weight as a black woman with curves and a booty i would mostly attract low quality men (wanna be Rappers, athletes with multiple girlfriends and the bottom of the barrel men with multiple kids and not to forget broke men) when i lost weight, all of a sudden i get approached by High Quality men of ALLLLLL RACES. The problem is I see a lot of people talking about mostly the 1% or really rich and or taking examples from famous people rather than generally rich and successful people in day to day life. I've seen and met plenty of women of different sizes and shapes have rich husbands, but these women don't have BBLs or major surgeries and if they do it looks natural and they still present themselves with class in both attitude and appearance.@@yoloti9993

I agree with part of the original girl's argument as I do think reputation and status really affect what kind of partner a person may want (also different looks will attract different kinds of people) but I also can't deny that race is a factor. Most of the wealthy guys in America are white. While there's nothing wrong with interracial couples, people are more likely to date and marry within their own race. White American beauty ideals tend to favor skinnier women, so it's no surprise that a white man would prefer a white woman who fits the beauty ideal he's used to, especially when how he appears to others is a huge factor in his life.
I also want to add that he might not marry a black or Latina woman regardless of her body type because of the hubbub it would cause at the country club.
Honestly, though, nobody should be crying or obsessing over this. Worrying about how men perceive you is not going to make you happy. You never know who the man that's TRULY meant for you is going to be like or what economic status he's going to have.

@@alexandrahutchinson4516 Why is it racism ? Maybe if you said racial preference yes , but not racism . Asian also like skinny women and are richer than black men . By the way historicaly in the middle age , in Europe , curvier women were the preference because the more money you had the more you can eat . So the poor where very slim . Just like being fair skin was a sign of wealth because the people who were tan where the farmers , they were working outside unlike the rich who where inside profiting from these farmers benefits. Nowadays, being bigger is associated with being poor because of junk food who is cheaper than organic or healthier food in general and lack of working out because it’s can expensive and time consuming . Just like being tan is not negative now because most people work inside , so getting a tan , is a sign of you being outside so not working , maybe in vacation , so having the money and time to be able to have a tan . So we should stop throwing the word racism everytime it’s loosing deepness, profound , the hard and heavy nature that should be associated with .

I think they’re different levels to the BBL’s… If you’re on the thicker side and get a BBL you won’t attract men of value. But if you’re small frame like a Lori Harvey and get a Bbl the results will be different. In Beverly Hills women get BBL’s… it’s called the country club BBL. The slim curvy women are also not glorified in the rap culture in comparison to thick and curvy. Most of these women also dress a certain way… They don’t dress overly sexual but dress very classy.
An example of curvy skinny is Lori Harvey, and Jeff Bezos fiancé, As long as your bbl is naturally portioned to your body and the legs match you should be okay. The goal is look like you have had nothing done. Dress size matters to wealthy men. But honestly don’t stress yourself ladies because some of these men take skinny women to the charity events and still keep curvy sugar babies on the side. There’s no real formula to this madness.

I don't know about black culture, but white culture has completely flipped. In white culture through out history considered the plump, very pale woman to be highly desirable. A double chin was considered sexually attractive. Now, the woman must be very slim, somewhat tanned. In old days, the weight and pale skin indicated she was not poor. She was raised in a home with money. If she was skinny and tanned, she was hungry and working in the sun all the time. NOW the plump and pale women are eating cheap food (carbs and fast food) and working indoors all the time. The tanned and slim woman has free time and money to vacation in the sun and go to the gym. She focuses on HERSELF. So she draws to her men who see her as comfortable in his world

Lastly, the older you get the more different your body settles (young women usually have snall hips) so it reeks of you're expired by [random stupid age].

It's not only about the aesthetic. What does it say about your morals and values when you go under the knife? Especially an operation as RISKY as a BBL. Wealthy men want their women to dress in nice clothes and maintain themselves, which costs money, but skincare is a lasting investment versus something like a BBL thing.

But what about the woman who have natural bbl how bodies? Literally most African women.

@@ayemad I think this is referring to BBLs, not naturally curvaceous.

The public and private must be acknowledged. There is what is deemed "acceptable" in wealthy circles due to who populates those spaces. Thin whyt women. In public at the charity events, fundraisers, holiday parties, country club, etc., the wealthy are all trying to please their peers in public. They are upholding a wealthy societal standard. In private, when they let their guard down, they are dealing with who they truly want to be with. In some cases, just as much money is spent on their private preferences as on their public ones.

I can’t lie, I’ve been pursued by wealthy men when I was at my thinnest. I’m black woman who has very dark skin. I put on weight and the others started approaching. I’m getting back to 58 kilos (roughly 128 lbs).
