Delighted to hear about the low energy eco centre and planting at Hole Farm BUT is it sustainable when park users are only encouraged to use their cars to get there, and when the real possibility of safe cycling/walking routes appear to be overlooked? (i.e. improvement of paths from Front Lane, Cranham and Folkes Wood, connecting to Dark Lane and Warley Gap.
Please reconsider including these improvements that would serve to improve family recreational cycling.

I hope the "charging point" provision will set the standard for such future facilities - i. e. _over_ provision, so that at no point will users have to queue to access it.

Why the delay? Why after 60 years of the dartford crossing are we still being charged? Thought it was to just cover the cost, not fund the goverment.

The TOLL, to pay for the construction, ended in 2003, coincidently the same day as a new CHARGE was introduced!

Not just there now they are going to start charging for Blackwall Tunnel which has always been free until now and the new Silvertown Crossing will also be tolled & rather conveniently Rotherhithe Tunnel will be closed for periods of time for essential repairs which could have been done before I can bet. Once again stealth taxes on the motorist's as we are an easy target to raise revenue. They should be made to show where all this money is being spent.

You can thank the Tories for that. Their decision and not overturned by New Labour. Every part of public eco-system must be monetised for profit and run by foreign concerns.

Great to hear progress!! I'd like to know when will Gravesham (and other impacted areas) residents get free access (I'm assuming it would be both Dartford and Lower Thames crossings? (would be nice to see this included from when construction starts on the Lower Thames Crossing)

Good to see this is coming to fruition; however trying to view this video in full screen? not good. More info about the route would have been a bonus, to see it as a plan or an imagined scene maybe good for public support.

Need to sort out the muppets that run the traffic management! Like closing the entire carriageway just for a broken down vehicle in lane 1🤷‍♂️tunnel closures every night since covid 🫣

Plenty of information about how the local communities and busineses will benefit but all too predictably, zero for the real customers ie those paying the tolls to use the crossing. The biggest insult is creating a cartel with the existing crossing rather than competing on price with it. I also would like to see figures demonstrating the additional costs of all of the virtue signalling initiatives such as "diesel free."
