You should try the easy release cleats. I have never had an issue where they unclip on me. And it helps you get out easier when you need to stop unexpectedly.
I’m putting XT clipless on my Roscoe 9 this week. My Roscoe is nowhere near as light as yours but I’ve built it up to be a tank. I’m still loving the Fox 38 on it. Such a beast.
Well, as you know, I’ve been riding on these clipless for about a month now. Yes, the video is a month old yes, I’m backed up on editing lol I’m doing pretty good now. I can definitely tell you you can feel the difference in power you put out with clipless
I practiced clipless on a bike trainer during winter before I went onto the actual bike for the first time, it was pretty pain free 😂 didnt wipe out once
Are you still riding clip less? Tried going back to flats after years of clip less, felt really dicey down rough trails. For me, clip-less work way better for clearing technical flats and uphills, also somehow bike usually magically unclips on crashes at speed
Bro, I rode my friends full suspension yeti Sunday. It felt like I was riding on a cloud.Lol he said it was weird because he’s never see me on a full suspension before
@hardtailrider7172 I was just like u until u started riding park I like up north NY pa mountains I have a nuckproof mega 290 bikes so good it's crazy and still fun to pedal and jump bmx style stuff but I come from motocross racing bmx racing
I’m from Michigan I rode mountain bikes and I also did BMX I loved my Diamondbacks. you would see some of this stuff on Facebook. But I never did motocross.

Of course, there’s only so far you can push yourself on flats
