    Hiya, don't know if anyone will see this but it's my 16th birthday today. Caroline, I just wanted to say THANK you so much. I've been working out with you for about 3 months now and I already feel so much stronger and healthier. I was diagnosed with body dysmorphia last year and it's so hard for me to accept my body and to feel good in it at all. Being a teen girl isn't easy, but you make me feel empowered. I still struggle every day, but things have changed a lot for the better. I smile more and I'm grateful for my body. I used to hate workouts because I thought they were about burning every calorie and killing yourself, but they aren't. It's about being resilient, getting stronger, and feeling good in yourself and I wouldn't be where I am today without you. You've helped me deal with my insecurities and have made me realize my body is more than how it looks. It feels good to be strong. I value my body and what it can do for me. I love doing your workouts every day and this community is just so sweet. I can't wait to continue crushing Epic Heat. Once again, thank you!

      Hello Carrie and firstly HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! What a special day!!!! I hope you have the best day and feel so excited for the journey that your life will take you on!
      I completely understand how much pressure is on younger people these days. I am older at 36 but when I was your age it wasn’t no where near what is like today. Through the years the media has portrayed a certain body type etc as something to aspire to yet this changes.... I have always refused to have someone else tell me how I should look. Just like handbags, trends come and go but one thing that will never go out of fashion is a strong and healthy body. It’s here to stay.
      So much of what you see on social media etc is not real or filtered etc and always remember that.
      Keep it up Carrie! You are an inspiration to others.

    So impressed with my dumbells increase. Started with 5, then 8, now 10. 20 for Hip thrusts! I cancelled my gym membership, buying a whole new set of weights I am not ready yet but will be in the future. I am forward thinking after my 59th birthday!

      All thanks to Caroline!! No new to exercise, but the Epics and now heat...has changed the way I train.i do the same 30mins in the morning and then in the evening. Body has changed along with weights. Yaya!@@

    Do you guys also feel a tad stronger? I've increased my weight and realised I can actually handle it. Sometimes we don't see the body transformation as quickly as we want to, but there are other tell tale signs that we are getting stronger 💪

    Although I'm still sore from previous workouts, I'm ready to face this new exciting challenge today. Never give up 💪 Caroline's workouts show that background music, a smile, a gesture can motivate much more than deafening music, screams and grim expressions. You against yourself and a pleasant feeling of isolation from the rest of the world. Seeing Caroline stopping every now and then and struggling with us, makes her human and true and I love her for that too. I'd like her workouts to never end.     I can feel the difference in my stability in renegade rows now, from when I first started training with Caroline. I feel muscles working where I didn’t know I had muscles.

      These first two days of week 2 have smashed me like nothing else! I feel like I'm constantly amazed that I'm pushing my limits all the while Caroline is inspiring me to try the workouts a second time with weights that are almost as heavy as hers!

      Aletheanisa, like you said my leg are so sore... I have to say that having adjustable weights was a great excuse to increase rest time🤣🤣
      Decidedly, it was super intense 🥵 What a day... good the new daily since the start of Epic HEAT🤣👊💪 I am sure you've smashed that one

    when i started this journey, i wasn't able to even lift 2.5 kg...and now i'm here done this whole workout with a 6kg x2 dumbbells

    Excited for this one tomorrow morning! Love back and bicep! I thought I was pretty strong with bicep curls until I started doing Caroline's workouts. I've had to drop down in weights to keep up, but I think I'm getting a much better workout (likely due to better form and control). Thank you Caroline 💕!!!! I'm ever so greatful for you!!!     My biceps were on fire and my back is dead!!! I upgraded my dumbbells today for the non-curl movements so this was extra hard😁😁. Tomorrow is full body calisthetics, we will smash it😊😊😊.     Day 8 ✅
    Sometimes you need a workout that will leave you on the floor in shreds and sometimes you need a burn that will leave you pumped but not exhausted! This gave me a burn without destroying me and its exactly what i needed!!!! Did have a bit of lower back pain despite good form, hope that will go away with more strength.Thank you Caroline! ( Also, who else waits around to the very end to see Caroline wave and smile!?)

    I haven't commented during epic heat but I've been doing it right from start!
    Recently some of my family members developed certain symptoms so we all got ourselves tested. I was a but nervous coz I know you have to stop training during covid. And, all of them are positive, except me and my mom😰 Now we are taking care of them all the time..
    Also, I ordered 7.5 kg dumbbells today!! In the past year I've moved from 2 to 5 to 11 and now 16 pounds!! SO EXCITED to train with them from next week!!
    Yesterday's leg day was pretty firy😂

    I've done alot of online workouts, but Caroline's programmes are the ones I've coverted too and truly stuck with - they'd be hard to beat. I look forward to seeing what's in store each day......not always happy when i find out though :) It's tough stuff, but keeping it fresh every day makes it not only doable, but addictive too :). I also have the up most respect for what Caroline has done....building something like this isn't easy and I guess there were so many walls to knock down and learnings to take on board. I have seen some of the early videos and you can see Caroline has gone from a very good beginner on You Tube to truly professional, alot would have not have gone through the development Caroline has shown.
    May the world return to you what you have given the world :) It's awesome.

    All done ✔ had a great workout 20 and 10kg DBs, loved the format and the introduction of the yoga block on the rows. Really great chance to go slow and pull the weight full range. Biceps session stung a bit probably why I loved it ❤

    Loved the pace of this workout!! Typically I enjoy legs, full body and HIT days the most so I am surprised by how much I enjoyed this. Of course the blue hydrangeas and vase and all the color coordination was the icing on the cake!

I feel sometimes it's really easy for people to get down on themselves for having a "subpar" workout- including myself.     SO BLESSED with Caroline ánd this community. Caroline changed my life and i have never been this fit! I have been doing sports all my life, also PT in the gym. But the combination of her programs ánd her personality is the magic. She is the only i would pay for on TH-cam and I even love the repeated musics. Oh my dog still is confused with the EPIC heat finishing song haha, i always walk him right after training and he still remembers the other one.

And use to follow lots of people and here we have it all in one. She is amazing and like you all know, its like training with a friend. For active restday i like Move with Nicole also. But i still wonder how Caroline can do it without the fitness gloves haha!

    Another fantastic workout for the back and biceps 💪. I know I'm going to have sore biceps by tomorrow, I upped the weights so feeling proud of 6.5k bicep curls throughout and 10k for the rows 👍😁. It's a good one folks you'll really enjoy it. Have a great day everyone. 👋👋

      Hi Philippa...that’s great with the weights! Well done! It’s so brilliant when you can increase your weights isn’t it! I used a mixture of 2 x 8 kg dumbbells and a single 12 kg kettlebell...and I felt very pleased with this too! Have a lovely day! Matthew

Workouts for women rarely say "back"..and we wanna work on our backs people..not just our abs😉😆! Loved all the renegades. Nice solid workout! It was a lot of fun!

    Thanks Caroline! This takes me back years to when my now husband introduced me to weight training. Back/biceps, chest/triceps,etc. You can never go wrong with the fundamentals:). 35 years later we’re still pushing weights around:) Finding you helped me do things I thought I couldn’t do anymore. You’re the best!

    Loving Epic Heat - it has taught me how to slow down and concentrate - not all work outs have to be bouncing around like a lunatic. I don't think there is a part of me not worked so far this week - but its nice pain (if you know what I mean) This morning plank/row reminded me my legs are recovering from yesterday! Can't thank you enough Caroline - as a 55 yr old avid gym goer - you have changed my mindset on how to approach fitness in a few short weeks!

    Woke up today and felt like I need to do a back workout...and here caroline comes and that's the workout for the day...feel so accomplished when body demands for exercise are sync with your trainer...
    (P.S I didn't look at the calender today,I know it's
    Mentioned there...just having one of those weeks where brain is a lump of clay)

    I did this again today!! As we are done with Fuel series, I am doing workouts from her playlist!! Caroline's workouts are always exceptional and amazing!! I enjoyed doing this a lot..
