    Hi everyone. I'm back in my outdoor gym On the cliffs at Rhossili ready to do this with my 6 kg weights...the heaviest I can carry here. Looks a bit rainy today...I may get wet, looking forward to another great workout. Matthew
    PS Hope you are OK, Caroline. Your voice sounds like you may not be so well. I do hope you are not too tired.

    Lovely! ARMS are my favorite things to work out and I love that it is 45mins! Let's smash this guys! Thank you, Caroline! My arms are so toned now after a year and it is really strange how i can see the individual strips of muscle lol

    Just completed this 45 minutes of awesomeness. I used lighter weights than I normally would 8lbs, went really slow and focussed on form and the slow lowering portion. Wow!! I loved it. Thanks again Caroline

      Yes Caroline's workouts are always just so superbly well planned and thus one is I exception. I just loved the high rep format...as you say targeting so many areas of the upper body. Just great as always

    This looks awesome. I can’t wait! I love that you start off in the kneeling position , and I actually wanna incorporate more seated or kneeling work, so I stop using my back !

      @@CarolineGirvan - yes! I kneeled for all the moves till triceps. Subbed extensions for Tricep presses (feels weird for me) and then finisher i did sub drag curls on the biceps . This was such a change for me and felt great!

    This workout was exactly what I needed! It felt so good to give the legs a rest, as mine are extremely sore from yesterday's lunges! But I apparently also thought it would be a great idea to play soccer, which just made it worse, hehe. I loved how simple this was. You really had time to FOCUS on the movement and get it right. All the repetition tired my muscles out fast, and I'm feeling it as I type this. Can't wait to be back for tomorrow's calisthenics workout - they're always A TON of fun!

    Yesterday I pushed myself pretty hard through the lower body workout and today I'm feeling it! It's so weird how in the beginning, I used to complain about being sore and let it give me a reason not to work out the next day. Now I absolutely LOVE the feeling of sore muscles - it just gives me such a sense of accomplishment! Here's to having sore arms & shoulders tomorrow! :) :) :) Let's gooooooooooooooooooooo!

    I absolutely loved this!! 😍 The format was perfect! Saved this one to my all-time favorites. Loved the format and the repeat sets. I finished feeling throughly worked..and pumped😆. The bicep curl section was KILLER! The finisher was awesome. Thanks so much Caroline!😊

    12/06/2023 DONE 💯💯💯💯! I miss my sessions too much! First session after hospitalization on May 23 and my surgery on 05/24 but I’m happy to get back on track without jumping with lighter weights but the pleasure is there and I need it! Thank you Caroline! I feel like I lost so much during this break of nearly 3 weeks!

    Me (31) and my mom (53) from Hungary🇭🇺 started to train with you about 6 months ago, 4-5 times a week, because gyms closed. For today we bought a few dumbbells and kettlebells, and we wouldn’t want to go to the gym: from now only would like to train with you. We love all of your workouts, thank you very much!

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (300 gram) as weights but could not last even 8 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full session with 10 kg dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.

    Happy Tuesday All! Today’s workout was awesome! Started with a 30-minute swim/warmup and moved on to shoulders. I wore 2x2lb wrist weights and used 2x15lbs weights for the entire session. Form was good and reps respectable. Yay upper body!! Sounds like Caroline is fighting a summer cold. Rest up coach and thanks for pushing through for us!!

    Good morning everyone ... Yesterday I just loved lunges it was intense but easy to follow... 18 min dumbles 24 min body weight 3 mins finisher. Omg how much plan and effort you are putting in each video Caroline... Thanks a lot... Shoulder workouts are so special in Caroline and today we sure going to smash this.. who won't like Arms and shoulder.. Killer one.. have great workout Girvantors... 🤍

    I really can't explain it, but these workouts put me in the BEST mood! Even though my weight is significantly less than Caroline's, I still feel so positive and encouraged and really proud of my progress. I really can't express enough how much I love Caroline and her workouts. All her effort and hard work is so appreciated! This is by far one of my favorite arm workouts. 💪

    Hello Caroline, another amazing workout!
    I had time to do 33 mins!
    Still taking it easy on left forearm, I used super light or no weight.
    For the right side, I used medium or light weight to minimize imbalance for the left side as best I can.

    Another toughie. I know each side got a minute rest inbetween, but certainly didn't feel like it, particularly on the shoulder work. Loved the led down tricep section. Much easier to make sure the upper arm stays stationery on single side work. Skipping into Tuesday with a proper shoulder pump. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

      Morning Nicola. I sitting in my outdoor gym on the cliffs at Rhossili. Superb view but about rainy thus morning. Very refreshing. I am so much loving the workouts at the moment...and really enjoying doing it outdoors. Limits equipment a bit but so good in other ways. Have a lovely day. Matthew

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (half pound) as weights but could not last even 8 minutes when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full session with 25 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.

    Awesome!! Came here to finish 75 Hard for the day and wanted an arm/shoulder workout. This was perfect!! I went lighter than usual (10lbs), and stayed slow and focused on form. I will be using this video a lot and keeping it in my arsenal. Thank you!!! 💪🏻😊

    I really had to smile during the overhead tricep extension more than I usually do during arm workouts, I started out with my heavier dumbbells and after one rep noticed they were too heavy so I switched to my lighter ones, and then just a few seconds later I saw Caroline do the same 😁💪 Overall this was a great more slow-paced workout, and not a sweaty one, so that's a change 😄 I had to skip this one at the beginning of the week so I did it after Sundays' unilateral HIIT, that was one sweaty workout OMG, and the leg workout on Monday was really sweaty for me as well 😅 Have a great weekend everyone, thank you Caroline!!!🧡

    I hope everyone had a great workout ! This whole workout kicked my butt but the second half was pretty brutal. upper body is taking longer to get stronger and my imbalances are obvious but I continue to show up because I know that progress/ change takes time and dedication and persistence.i used 10 15 & 20 lbs weights.

    Absolutely loved this work out! I love the unilateral work outs as they show the weakness which most of us have on one side! Even got my husband to join me this morning as we are in lockdown! Those tricep movements were an absolute killer!!!!

    Normally, I dread leg day. And when I see you have a leg day scheduled, my first thought is "Oh my. This workout will be tough." Your style and format of your training plans -- including those leg days -- really helps me push thru and challenge myself. My leg strength and even mobility has greatly increased since starting to train with you and your amazing programs! THANK YOIU!

    This was pretty awesome and surprising in ways. I used 12.5kg DBs for the presses and 10kg DBs for the rest. Doing presses single arm on the knee is so good and I can't believe I have never done them that way. My weights were pretty spot on, hard enough to make the last few reps a stuggle. The Bicep rotations were so cool loved the crossbody that really does give you a great pump and the forearm gets worked as well. The triceps worked well, easier with one I think especially when they are close to the head you only have one to watch.😁 Finisher was super and the hammer press was just that, finished me. Caroline you dedication is something else, you never get bored training with you, and the workouts are so ingenious and so addictive 😍 Thank you
