first of all the video is awesome for a cooking tutorial, second of all i tried this recipe and it tastes so good im in love with it, because of this video i realized that not adding a milk makes the panna cotta tastes better. Thank you so much for sharing this!
love this recipe it is my go to when I want to make a fancy looking and delicious dessert for anyone who can't find the gelatin leaf's I use 3 to 4 packs of the gelatin pouches and it works great
Damn! Finally someone puts out a video featuring real, authentic panna cotta! But they didn't stop there, they did it with a high quality artistic video, superbly edited. But all that wasn't enough, they had to throw in kickass background music. I would say I'm going to go make panna cotta but I make it once or twice a week anyway.
Thank you chef for posting this amazing video ... I followed your recipe and technique and achieved perfect results with rave reviews fro my lunch guests .
I followed this recipe came out perfect! I just added a bit more sugar to my taste and a dash of Elychee powder! I let it cool covered with plastic wrap and placed in the fridge at 1 am and now at 7am I'm tasting 😁 Dessert for breakfast! Simple easy tasty recipe!
Vanilla granules are very heavy that's why you see all the vanilla granules accumulated at the bottom of your mold. To avoid this happening next time take your Panna cotta mixture from the pot directly into a bowl and not into molds>> Let's the mixture partially set in the fridge, not completely though you want to be able to whisk it >> then after some time give it a whisk to fully distribute the vanilla granules throughout the mixture >> then get a piping bag and start filling up your molds this is how you avoid all your vanilla accumulating at the bottom of your mold. Love the Video non the less very similar to mine Keep it up bro 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
Vanillin is the most dominant compound in vanilla and is easily synthesized. But there are about 100 different chemicals in a vanilla pod that are responsible for the vanilla flavor. Making all of those from petroleum would be ridiculously expensive and hard.
@@ubvrox Yes, it is. Google it, as I just did to be sure I was right (and I was). They are the SAME thing, but those in the UK call it "essence" and those in the US call it "extract".

What is the use of rum in this recipe ? Can we make this recipe without rum ? Please reply . Waiting for answer. Perfect video really authentic. Waiting for more Italian food authentic videos. Thanks.
Exactly 8 grams of gelatine is needed, so 8 leaves of gelatine. 1 leaf used in the video was not at all enough ! Totally following your instructions made my panna cotta totally runny (disaster) ! my wife laughed at me instead of being impressed :(:(:(
I'm stunned. Why there are only 3 videos on your channel? Have you got the other channel or just this one? I'm looking forward to new recipes. The visual site is absolutely amazing. I love it wholeheartedly!
Thank you! We are media makers who are passionate about food! There is more to come, however it is hard to find time to put these together! We hope to get some more for you soon!
Great video and great recipe! Although i had to reboil and put a second sheet of gelatine for it to hold together. I even got to eat it all by myself, my girlfriend wouldn't touch it when she saw the amount of cream!
Loved watching this! Where can I find such fine ingredients though?! When I buy cream, it's definitely not that thick and luscious. And the gelatin leaf...never seen!
Congratulations !!! Very good video ... fantastic .... Was wanting to learn how to make panna cotta and your recipe and the best I've seen .. So I 'll tell you reproduce the result. Brazil!

@ikazulfa Vanilla extract is real vanilla flavour extracted from the pods using alcohol and water. Vanilla essence is just a synthetic flavouring.

Vanilla essence is just the British way of saying vanilla extract, but they are the same.
