    I like how this video encourages people to innovate with the flavors, but also has boundaries you set like not having milk added and making sure the topping is fresh. Creativity without chaos, very nice.

    I like the strawberry coulee, but I add a splash of Grand Marnier. The strawberry/orange is a classic flavour pairing.

    A classic recipe that I made for a long time. Now I use coconut cream and agar-agar, I'll make it for Easter with a frozen raspberries sauce 😋

      @@LisaMagoulas I use 400 ml of coconut cream, 40g of sugar (u can add more), vanilla (pod or extract) and 2g of agar-agar.
      Have you ever used agar-agar? it's a little different from gelatin, you have to simmer the preparation again

      @@bobybahar2193 I love the palm sugar idea with the coconut milk. Gelatine is difficult to find in Asia and the gelatine leaves are very expensive! I'm going to try it - probably with mango coulis.

    I Brazil, we have a similiar dessert called manjar branco. We make it with cornstarch and coconut milk and some dried plum or red berries sauce!

    I made the Strawberry Panna Cotta, today. (4-15-21). We liked it so much, my wife asked me to make a triple batch. Only changes I made, was the gelatin leaves. I could not find them in any local stores. So, I had to use Knox brand gelatin powder type. Still turned out great. My garnish was a strawberry.

    I make this in the summer time in the restaurant.. Such a lovely simple light dessert. I don't find it too heavy and I use fresh strawberries from the garden that grow wild here in the restaurant gardens

    Panna cotta absolutely is my favorite dessert. Worked in fine dining and it opened my eyes to it. Made it at home, wasn't this nice lol but I'm getting better.

    If I feel fancy I use a vanilla pod for the nice flavor and strain the coulis to remove any seeds that remain after blending. But panna cotta is a great dessert.

    I just made this and I'm so excited but I have to wait lol. I have made many of your recipes by the way. I enjoy them all. The bolognese sauce is probably my favorite dish eaten regularly, the carbonara I did for a good while and the tiramisu I make often too. Great channel. Thank you!     Great recipe, i've mostly made it with fresh vanilla, as i prefer the fresh taste and the small black spots from the vanilla, but always strawberry sauce

      When it comes to cream, I usually opt for something around 30% fat content. It strikes a nice balance between richness and texture for that perfect silky-smooth panna cotta.

      @@vincenzosplate Oh my God this Timballo was amazing! Bout to eat the leftovers from last night. So I have never made a crepe and found your Nana's video on how to make them thankfully. I made the sauce from scratch too starting with the Roma. I don't have the machinery so I used a strainer to separate the solids of the tomato. And IT WORKED. Only thing I added was fresh basil. I can't wait to eat again lol.

      @@vincenzosplate Also I see a lot of people using a little milk with the panna cotta. I think it is to give it more bounce. However I do know that the milk would take away the richness of the cream. So I see why milk is not used in yours. I won't use it when I make mine either.

      Yes, absolutely! You could try cornstarch, perfect for making puddings or creams

      You can use agar agar for a vegan alternative. Texture changes a little bit (it'll be more firm), tastes very good though. Dont use too much around 1.2 to 1,5gr for 500ml of cream.

      Great choice! For a rich and thick chocolate sauce, try melting 200g of dark chocolate with 1 cup of heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly. Once smooth, add 2 tablespoons of butter and a pinch of salt. Stir until it's thick and glossy. Enjoy! 🍫😋👨‍🍳

    I enjoy using nicely chopped and flambéed apple with a touch of Rum and cinnamon. It balances the sweetness of the panna cotta.

      @@vincenzosplate I don’t blend them thou, just cock them till get soft and I then mash them but not completely the flambé and cinnamon. That way you get some sauce and soft pieces of apple.

      How many percent fat content is needed for the cream? It’s usually 38 % what we have in our stores. But sometimes 50 is available....
