Have just made a Raymond Blanc Panna Cotta, my first Panna Cotta. It was mainly a coconut milk, Malibu, kaffir lime Panna Cotta with mango, passion fruit and pomegranate amongst other ingredients. Quite a long recipe. Now looking for alternative recipes came across this. I didn’t realise Panna Cotta could be so simple, am definitely going ‘pinch’ this presentation, such a lovely presentation. thank you.
