Thank you doctor for providing an opportunity to understand the low back pain, how it comes and how to prevent it. Really amazing to know we have to strengthen our abdominal muscles to prevent the back pain. Thank you doctor.

Hi Doc, I hope all is well at your end. As usual, in a detailed session. I like the way you start it with a kind of book index as to what will be covered in it and end it by covering all :)
The player watermark is awesome!!! I have asked the below a while ago. Can you please cover it in the upcoming physiotherapy session please?
"Can you please talk about L4 L5 disc degeneration due to bad posture, deviation in the spine's natural curvature, etc.? How to regenerate the disc if possible, get back to everyday life like bending forward, being flexible, or carrying weights like water can (20L), pot, etc. (main eligibility in Chennai).. in simple words, should not live a restricted movement lifestyle".

      Go step by step,
Get your problems diagnoses and treated properly. Do the right exercises.
I have shown most effective and simple exercises for neck, mid back and low back pain on my channel.
I hope it will be useful for you.
Once you are pain free then you need to do good progressive strengthening to remain painfree

Dr., can you advise me of an immediate remedy for the grinding sound that occurs in my upper neck cervical region while moving my head apparently due to low calcium. What are the do's and don'ts. Thank you.

Excellent Doc. I am 72. I play tennis every day mornings. Every day mornings,I wake up with tight muscles on low back and pain and can't bend, and slowly it reduces, after the nature's call, like shit. I have acidity problems also. Added to this I have low back pain, when I sit on sofa for 10 minutes. I have been doing all stretches as per proper advice. These stretches definitely take care for the day. But ...the mornings are really bad. I walk briskly 10 Kms a day, morning and evening.
    Should I go for check.
