    The only reason this video doesn't have more likes is because you feel so relaxed after doing yoga with Rashmi, you forget to hit the like button! You are the BEST yoga instructor/video content creator I have found. You give clear instructions without chattering nonsensically about your day and I can listen and follow even with my glasses off not watching the video most of the time. Thank you

    Hi rashmi, I don't have any digestion issue, just tried it and after practicing, in a few minutes was forced to visit washroom. I think it's clearly cleaning our gut. Thank you 😀

    Hi, I had been facing stomach issues mainly indigestion, Bloating and no medicine worked out. I suffered for more than 1 year and it disturbed my mental peace a lot . I already an underweight person indigestion and Bloating made even more weight loss. Also many foods cause bloating especially outside food . I then finally decided to do your digestion yoga and to be honest it helped me a lot . And from then I never faced Bloating and indigestion at all . No food allergy at all .

    love this practice....I suffer from stomach issues so it feels so great to do this practice helps alot especially with comfort throughout my day ....wish you had others for digestion

    Hi.. excellent demo; voice and instructions are very clear. Pl give more importance while giving instruction about breathing ie whether to inhale or exhale.

    Rashmi, I strongly suggest that you make a video on best time to do each asana. For example, certain Yogasana are best done on empty stomach in the morning and some can be done even after 3 hours after meal or food intake. Yet, some like Vajrasana can be done even after meals immediately. Since, many like you are perhaps properly trained under a proper Yoga instructor and have vast experience of doing Yoga for decades (since you were small child) you can guide all of us new to Yoga on the times at which each asana can be safely done. This is particularly important because I read in the Times of India Mumbai edition that a new enthusiast (who became health conscious and wanted to improve his health) who tried to do Surya Namaskar after evening meal (dinner) and result was he died. So, some asanas may be greatly damaging if done immediately after meals with stomach being full.

      Please send me this article. No one can die after doing surya namaskar on a full tummy. They must have had some pre existing conditions.

    Though I do regular workouts, a runner and don't eat junk but still my gut health is not good, please help me to improve my health.

      You cannot practice yoga after a meal so it would have to be before a meal.
