I really struggle with rotating the hip for the circles without my core moving around too much. I know I have tight hips. Is this workout still helpful for me? Any tips on how to adjust the exercises? :)

That was wonderful. Thank you. I'm 70 & have had both THR (Total Hip Replacement) But I got through it. Had to take multiple breaks but that's ok.
