Such a lovely workout! I am turning 44 this year and I have never experienced as much lower back pain as this year. I do know for a fact it is because I have become lazy to take care of my muscles and I don't do much stretching as I used to. This routine has made me feel instant relief and what makes it even better is it doesn't take a lot of time off my daily schedule. I am following you for more of your awesome vids. Great timing, started having low back pain which radiates down the ITB and the outside of my lower leg. Will try the exercises, I find that stretching eases the discomfort. Thank you for sharing

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints.
