At a party conference of new Dutch political party Forum for Democracy, a young lady with the name Eva Vlaardingerbroek gave a surprisingly refreshing speech in which she spoke out against modern day feminism.
She stated that modern day feminism (also known as 3rd wave feminism) falls under the umbrella of cultural marxism.
This speech has been translated into English.

I do not own this speech. The full program can be watched here:

@georgia genis The problem with feminism, is it started out good with demanding voting, equal pay and civil rights for women and everyone else too. The problem is, the movement over time went through several iterations and became toxic. 3rd and 4th wave feminists today became man hating, injecting terms such as "mansplaining", "man spreading" and so on. So that have pushed men away to talk about the subject between men and women in society. The woman's march in DC in 2016 did not help their image, with people like Madonna saying they should blow up the White House.
In the US, one Muslim feminist advocate, Sansour, never says a single word against Sharia Law in the Middle East, or criticizing chauvinist practices outside the US and Europe. Why? Well, most Feminists think all people of color or race other than a white male are innocent victims, and two, are afraid to stand up for what America and Europe have done to advance equality between the sexes, and condemn the middle-ages traditions of the rest of the world. In short, most Feminists in the West have demonstrated bravely only in countries that support them, while cowardly ignoring the rest of the world in fear of looking "racist" if they point out their caveman attitudes.
The solution l think lies in individuals working out their relationships, and not having organizations that get rich off contributions and become radical try to represent them. The West has passed laws to promote sexual equality and education. So stop harping on America and Europe, and take on the Middle East, Africa, South America, China, and elsewhere where women are still treated as third class citizens.

Because if you were to do deep searching of how some European values and culture impacted the Asian continent, especially during 1700s you might have a different opinion. Something I've always disliked from some Asian's is how they bend down to White people. There's plenty of archives to teach you better. Of course I'm not generalizing. • @kylefields3951

The interesting thing about "Pick Me" as an insult is that very often feminists are preaching the ideology that women have the opportunity to liberate themselves, have freedom and rely on themselves.
"Pick Me" as an insult directly insinuates that the one being insulted wants to be in a relationship with a man. Despite their convictions that women need to be free and don't need no man they use rhetoric that actively shuts down the idea of being independent and speaking for one's ideals.
Feminists tend not to like women like this public speaker due to jealousy as she is likely a much more independent women who doesn't discuss intellectual topics in echo chambers where no-one offers counter arguments or differing solutions.

@Menace to Liberal Society It all depends on what 'equality' is understood to mean. Birds and bees are equal in worth, but clearly not the same. Men and women are also equal in worth and one cannot exist without the other. The only real difference is the sexual interaction which cannot be the same for both. The only solution is sex in marriage as this creates a new entity from two different, but equal things. Yes, the man is seen have the casting vote, but a 50/50 partnership cannot make every decision. If the woman was seen to have the casting vote, it would not solve the 'equal' issue and in practice many wives do make all the marriage decisions. In the end it comes down to family and society working well and putting others before yourself. Feminism is a destructive force from which no good can come. Anyone that believes feminism has helped women should watch modern marriage proposals on TH-cam and compare these to a time when women respected themselves, respected others and were respected.

The most significant difference between men and women is sexual interaction. Feminism hides behind relatively harmless matters such as employment rights, but the real game changer is feminism wanting to control society by having control over something they know the other sex craves to have. It’s interesting that as I read comments, many men are directing their attention to her looks - and how feminists must hate her, because she’s attractive and they aren’t. It’s always about looks. Always about how attractive and pleasing a women is to look at, and how feminists simply aren’t. So shallow, and a direct and blatant issue that actual feminists are trying to call out.

@EnSund Dansker modern feminist are what is wrong with society today, it is they who have brought down the west, as they have destroyed the necular family by extinguishing any moral values regarding relationships and driving fathers out of the home, this in turn means boys are growing up without a strong father figure and has led to the gradual feminization of Men, where they are constantly told they are toxic just merely for being Men this is confusing and highly damaging and is the exact reason we are now living in a time where we have become so progressive we are now becoming regressive and free speech is now under threat, Strong Men fought and died for the values and freedoms of the west, bring back manly MEN!!!

And socialism is just a stepping stone to communism, young people of today think everything should be handed to them on a plate, but be careful what you wish for, vote your way into communism but fight your way out. I will not engage with most of your comment as I don't wish to get in a pointless argument. Regarding your question - before making the statement, she laid out points regarding the feminist attitude toward immigrants, the patriarchal culture of the latter, and European values regarding equality of men and women. She is saying, although not explicitly, that the influx of so many immigrants makes European women feel less safe regarding their bodies, therefore eroding aforementioned European values of equality. The sentence you quote is given for emphasis to underline the extent of the erosion she sees in Europe. This argument can be deduced from the structure of the speech, although she did, admittedly, not state the connection between the context and the argument itself, which is probabably is the source of confusion here.

But they are still so ungrateful and have the nerve to call us racist and hate on us in our own countries. Many highly developed countries are doing just fine without migration. There is literally no reason for it. Our governments should be focusing on programs to increase the native birthrates, rather than replacing us.

Great speech! I am a (black) American who has been living in Europe for almost 20 years, in Paris to be more specific. And I have seen the city change so much since I first moved here. There are just way too many people from other countries who refuse to assimilate. I moved to Europe because I wanted to live in France not North Africa. What's really sad, is that France's leaders seem to be giving away their country to people who actually hate France and loath western civilization. I'm so happy to see in this video that there are proud Europeans who want to fight to preserve their culture. Despite what crazy leftists say, there is absolutely *NOTHING* racist about loving your country and your national heritage.

As an American with a somewhat limited perspective regarding Europe (not in terms of knowledge, but more the ability to gauge public sentiment), is it fair to say France has a good chance of regaining some of its national sense of identity? As a Catholic it hurts me to see so many fellow Catholics stabbed and otherwise murdered over there as a result of its cultural 'watering-down' from its strong Christian roots.

    • @NetherlandsFirst
      @NetherlandsFirst 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

@@DrNoxin I don't think the youth department of FVD should be disbanded. Every political organization, left-wing organizations too, contains at least *some* extremists. That’s not a good reason to disavow the entire organization. From what I've heard, there were only a few people who made Nazi-like statements, and there were a lot of people in the chat group who disagreed with them. Banishing the entire JFVD because of a few troublemakers seems ridiculous to me. It showed that FVD doesn’t trust its own youth department. It showed weakness.
And not only that, but they blamed Baudet for it. Annabel Nanninga wrote an article bashing Baudet, even though Baudet was pretty reasonable and wanted to do an investigation first. JFVD also apologized for the incident and said that they don’t support Nazi-like statements.
Baudet is not the problem - FVD is a party filled with people who don't trust each other, have differing viewpoints, and don't have a clear goal. Their credo of 'diversity of thought' is exactly what has destroyed them. FVD claims to support freedom of speech, but as soon as somebody says something extreme (without calling for violence), they delete everyone’s freedom. And why? Because they don't trust their youth department? And then when Baudet says something, they don't trust him to make the right decision.
In summary: FVD's problem is that they support diversity of thought, but are at the same time scared and distrustful of each other. Maybe they are a bit TOO 'democratic'. I think they were always doomed to fail. They were created out of a loveless 'think tank', and drowned in their own excrement.

I still want to support FVD, but they need to stop being afraid of judgment, stop mistrusting each other, and start being unified. Real leaders don’t get scared, they fix their issues.
