I'm really impressed by the work you're doing. Your video's of the internal structures are also very useful for me. I have a CC coupe that lived in southern Italy all it's life and has very very little corrosion on it. So in order to keep it that way I've been rustproofing the body cavities with Dinitrol, and the views of the internals are really helpful. Thanks for posting this series.

Hey mate, fiberglassed pillars doesnt sound too supportive 😂 i guess you've gotta do what you've gotta do.

I would recommend welding a brace along areas like this when removing sections, as they lose strength and easy to distort/move

Hey mate, a good call. The outer panel i cut out is only an 0.8mm outta skin.
The three 1.0mm structural section werent cut so there wouldnt have been any movement.

Hi great work, I have recently completed a similar project on a 124 ac. I am now able to enjoy driving it. Just a small comment, when working on the window frames it is good to use the stainless steel trims as a template so you know they will fit exactly once it is painted.

Not sure about the quality but it is like trying to weld paper.
