Hey mate, there's more than just hair line cracks. Theres clear air between gap! Haha its on the list. I'll probably reinforce that whole area with thicker sheet metal.
Hey, I only treated the rust I could get to. I'll be straying cavity wax down all the enclosed spaces after paint though. Hopefully good memories of your restoration. It's certainly a very long process. Thanks for the support and comment!

G'day good idea on treating the bare metal will save headaches later on in the build 👍
The metal prep has ease some of the pain of having a bare metal shell sitting around, but still some surface rust coming in.
Check the firewall for hair line cracks, just behind the booster.

What did you do to treat the rust in the cavities, such as the sill and A pillars? Reminds me of restoring my 124 Spider....
