Great work. It is a very complicated area you have expertly tackled. Can’t wait for the next episode.

Thanks mate, that was definitely the most time-consuming repair so far!

Outstanding Amigos! Johnny forgot to mention to fit the rubber seals up you intend to use on the boot and doors for the ultimate fitment test.

Hey Graeme, I'm hoping there will be a bit of room for any adjustments with the boot latch haha should be ok.

been a Fiat guy for many a year, from a 1500 millie cinquecento Fiat four eyed station wagon through 3, 124 Coupes
I dearly loved the wagon, them were the days when we had no speed restrictions and Cortinas were to be left in the dust, the GT was harder to beat in a straight line but over Skyline, through the dipper and onto Conrod :) The was no dogleg then!!!
I even got a mention from a well known Car enthusiast writing a review of a Jag mk 10 in an equally well known Motoring Magazine. Caught up to him going up out of Windsor and left him behind, he finally left me on the Glanmire Straights, but that's where I lived :) BTW it was wet!! Man we had fun!

Great work . I hope you test fitted the boot and lock as they can be a very big pain if you do not get them right .

Hey mate, i dropped the boot back on and all lined up reasonably well. Im going to check again before paint.

@@FISHERBUILTI would have recommended putting the boot with lock on as misalignment of the boot lock will be a right pain .
Moving ahead I would go the same with doors and bonnet . Test fit all with locks .

Thanks for the new episode.. Some great panel beating there! Did you match the curve with boot lid?
I have noticed in my project that with my rebuild, I could make the doors to align better than it was originally from the factory...

Hry mate! Thanks for the support. This area was very time consuming, and only being able to do this on the weekends really drags the repair out.
I tried to replicate all the curves with what i was replacing, then did a quick check with the boot back on.
Hope your build is going well.
