It was a great neighborhood but we decided to put my kids in private school. There are 7 cousins with only a 2 year age gap and my kids wanted to go to school with their cousins. My wife works for a hospital in the carrollwood area and I found myself coming into the city almost daily. Our life was more centered in the city so after 3 years we made the move back to the city. That is a big reason why I preach love your location over the home. You can love the home more than anything but if it’s not the right location for your lifestyle, it will ultimately wear on you
@@cherit34638 sure… I live off the river in a little pocket community in the city. I’ve owned 3 homes on the same street by coincidence. An old lady called me to help her sell her home (she was a hoarder) so I took on the project myself and I’m back with my old neighbors. It took us 6 months to rehab the home and I was on the fence about staying but the neighbors sucked us back in. Such great neighbors and the home is how we like it so I will most likely stay out for a few more years. End game, I personally like Davis island and some areas of south Tampa. I also like pockets in carrollwood but again prefer to be in the action a bit. Just a personal preference though.
Absolutely 👍. We would love to help. Please email my team with details about your move and the home you are looking for. We would be happy to help you! Please email us at info@themorejongroup.com
It’s not like there are snakes crawling around everywhere, but yes there is a possibility of seeing a snake. For reference daughter is 8 and she’s only seen maybe 3 live snakes in her time. All of them were just basic grass snakes also nothing crazy.
I enjoyed living in lutz, but the city brought me back as most of my lifestyle fits better in the city…. Kids school, work, my wife’s work etc… so it only made sense.
@@TampaFloridaLiving We are currently exploring from out of town and also love the city life. Today we plan on driving through Lutz and Wesley Chapel. Is it possible to enter Cheval to check it out without being a resident?
@@terraGaliciaXXIV you can ask to go eat at the golf clubhouse or that you want to visit the clubhouse to get info on a golf membership. That should get you in. FYI great chicken wings at the clubhouse. I know that’s odd but salt and pepper or old bay wings might be the best in all of Tampa.
Actually I mentioned an area villa rosa starting in the $300k and cheval etc starting in the $400’s which is pretty average for a top suburb with top schools etc… there are options for less than $600-$700… I even show it on screen my man

Is every house in Florida painted white?
Hi I will like to know a good place to live in Tampa go. Maybe you can help me to make the decision where to buy. Thank you

You mentioned wildlife...do you happen to see lots of snakes in these areas?

Do you prefer Lutz or Wesley Chapel? I ask because you mentioned that you moved out of Lutz

I want to move there but not in a gated community or near a golf course. That’s one thing I can’t stand about Florida
Most communities are not gated and there are a ton of communities that don’t have golf courses
You're talking about these areas but have you noticed there is no property less than $600, $700k. So, it's sort of pointless

Born and raised in Lutz, this ain't it - Cheval is merely in the zip code. Lutz was great long before Cheval.
