We lived in Wesley Chapel 2009-2011 and we loved it! Lived in Meadowpointe and really enjoyed Wiregrass.

It’s in the works but there is a lot of growth to be had. It is a few steps behind others and truly the new developments there are bc Wesley chapel is spilling into it.
Love Wesley Chapel! The only thing that would make it absolutely PERFECT would be a Trader Joe’s! Why is there ONLY ONE in Tampa? Do you think they’d make a new one up there in the future?
Oh wow that’s such a great suggestion. Who doesn’t love a Trader Joe’s. I def think it’s possible but haven’t heard of any plans yet. There is so much going on in Wesley chapel it wouldn’t surprise me if one did open up. I’m excited to see how Krate turns out once they open that up.

When I lived up in Wesley chapel there were orange groves all over, Not anymore. I am a fan of Lutz & New Port Richey. Although, I hold the deed to my home in Tampa. I couldn't afford to bid on anything.

Yeah I’m just a heads up I may like a shuttle driver for a automotive place and I take people home and drop them off and are going to a lot of communities I was In Cory Lakes they have a few lots in there that are available to build on gorgeous community you feel like your in the Bahamas in there you have to check it out for your self.

Do you think San Antonio is going to boom next? We were looking at the Mirada neighborhood with the new giant lagoon. Just wondering if the town will grow or stay small?
Just answered your other comment lol. I think San Antonio is definitely growing and may be the start of the next layer out from the city of suburbs. Similar to Wesley chapel 10 years ago for example.

I don’t believe it’s open to the public but I am not 100% sure. Epperson is not part of wiregrass

Thanks. Spring Hill has always been a little more rural of an area. There are subdivisions there but the newer style master planned communities haven’t taken off there yet.

What are your thoughts on driving to beaches and l living near Wesley chapel is it big deal to drive there or fairly easy if you leave early to Clearwater Beaches?! Also is Wesley Chapel Schools good?
It’s about an hour drive to the beaches but really not that bad if you consider that you may only be going to the beach once once a month. And to me getting a beach place for the weekend is absolutely the best way to experience the beach and totally unwind. They are known for having decent schools but as always I would check into them based on your location

Unfortunately most realtors in Tampa don’t work with rentals as they don’t list many rentals in the mls etc…. With that said you can search those that are listed on our website www.TampaFLLiving.com
