    I like all the new construction homes you show. How much would the cost start at to add a pool to a new construction home? I know it varies by a ton, but just a simple in ground pool add on.

      Cost of pools jumped during Covid as did just about everything else. But i would say around $45k for an inground pool with pavers as decking, then starts to go up as you add items or upgrades

    Great video, if you had to suggest an area in Tampa or st Pete for young professionals that want to be in the suburbs but still close to the city where would you recommend? Anywhere from 500-800k, I’d most likely be looking to buy a new build just because I think they’ll give better incentives over the next few months. Thanks!

      But ill give you a basic answer 👇 here:
      St pete really doesnt have new construction options unless its a tear down and built new but then its most likely higher than your budget. In Tampa or near Tampa, Carrollwood is an older area but they have a newer pocket opening up with mobley homes in september, riverside heights might work, wesley chapel might work bc its active enough but 35 min from city, in lake magdalene area david weekley has some new models but small community so already about half sold out… that would be a starting point. I truly like to get more details about you and we could hash out a bunch of places with a quick conversation… if you are interested just reach out! Thanks for watching and the comments!

    Does Cheval East and West share the same amenities? I was wondering if you live in Cheval West do you still have access to the pool, tennis courts, etc at the Cheval Athletic Club?

      Yes you do. The athletic club etc is open to membership. However its pretty affordable for families. They have different memberships to choose from also

    In the last 2 years , homes in my neighborhood, were going for $170K , now they are going for $400K and Up !!!
    Those who moved out of this neighborhood , end up with an PROFIT , and moved to another Expensive Neighborhood in the same city.
    They are finishing up with new homes and then that will be it. There's homes being build throughout this entire REGION, everyday.
    One developer , right now, building 500 homes just a mile away, or you could take the bike trail and it would be a shorter ride.
    Those homes will go from $400K - $700,000.

      Sadly that is the new norm everywhere. Everything is more expensive and 10 years from now we wont consider it expensive. When i lived in Cheval i thought i bought an expensive home its doubled since.
      Regardless of what is out of our control, lutz is a lovely area to live in and has great options for people.

      @@TampaFloridaLiving my wife is a pharmacist and is studying for the Florida medical licensing test, then will look for a job. She doesn't do retail, but specializes in cancer treatments. Moffit is one of her top choices. We just sold our 8 acre parcel last month, so that was another holdup. I'm going to keep watching your videos, to stay up to date! I know you give out contact information in your videos, but how would I personally get in touch with you via email? Is it the same email address? I could fill you in with more info. Thanks!

      Fyi, i know moffitts main campus is over by usf but they are building a new facility as part of angeline ( new lagoon community). I know you said you like lutz or land o lakes and angeline is in land o lakes.
