    Warm up speed 7=8:35/mile 3 mins
    1 min rest
    Speed 12=5/mile 30sec
    Rest 30sec, 8sets
    Cool down

      8:35 / mile means 8:35 minutes per mile that equals 7 miles per hour in speed. It's pace. The amount of time to cover unit distance. Conversion charts between speed and pace are available on the internet. Or you can invert the number to get miles per minute (i.e. 1 divided by 8 min 35 sec) and multiply it with 60 to get miles/hour.

    Man, i just wanna say thank you, ive been having problems lately with my stamina and i wasnt able to perform on a tournament match properly. Now ive been doing this workout for three weeks and i feel like a completly different person on the field. Thank you so much! You gained a follower.

I didn’t do it more than that time and that’s due to me addicted to fapping so I lose my well and power. Do it for good stamina and for football, im on day 14 nofap and soon enough I will do this again. I provided all information I could for you brother👍🏼

    I like it that it’s quick but still HARD! Did it my first time today, couldn’t do 12 and 5 inclination, starting with 9 and 3 and it killed me haha 40/yo and a bit out of shape but I’ll get there!

    How do you usually incorporate this in with leg day for your weight workouts? like if you did leg day on a monday for weights, would u recommend doing this cardio/stamina treadmill workout on wednesday and then another leg weight day on friday?

    Man, My treadmill is a slower than your, I set inlcline 6.0 and speed 14 I think it is ok? And man I doing 3x per week upper body, 2-3x per week lower plyometric speed and streghnt, and I have 5x per week training in basketball, How many times per week is recommend for me this stamina workout?

      His treadmill is in MPH. Yours is probably KM/h. So to convert you would need to run at speed 19 not 14

      of course, adjust to your current fitness level (slower pace, shorter time) and then slowly increase the intensity! I’m just sharing what I do!

      I guess you go up to 10 and then do 9 rounds or 10 rounds instead of 8

      No resistance on a treadmill because you’re running on the spot. Running on the field you’ll have wind resistance.

      I assume you’re talking about the warm up jog, it doesn’t really matter the distance!! I usually jog for 3-5 mins with whatever speed you’re comfortable with!
