    Hey bro! Nice workout, thanks for sharing ur training session! I m not a footballer, but I prefer explosive/conditional workouts too, very useful for me!!! Just want to ask, do you do any hack squat/back squat/leg press exercises (off-season maybe)? Cuz ur legs are huge man! I mean it's hard to build that muscle mass only with some band trainings/explosive ones, I guess.... Thanks bro!

      I would probably either lower the reps a little, or choose to do some of the workouts from here so that it doesn’t affect your overall performance!
