    I agree with all this, especially the vacations! I had never really taken a vacation as an adult because I felt like I didn't have the money, but one year when I was so stressed out that I was breaking out in hives, I decided I needed a break. I pinched my pennies and took a trip to Mexico. It changed my life. I couldn't believe how much it eased my stress. Now, I look at vacations as more a necessity, and I try to take at least one each year to keep me balanced. I may have already posted this comment on this channel, but....oh well. It's important to me. 🙃

    You may have already, but would you consider doing a video on how to choose good people (friends, romantic parters, even family) for your circle? Looking to build healthy relationships to have a solid community, but half the time I seem to invest too much into the wrong people without even realizing it.
    I love your channel, and this video especially I will have on replay! Happy belated birthday! 🎊

    Very helpful tips. I realised the energy draining interactions a year ago and put a stop on them. It was difficult for me to say no to friends at first but then I realised it wasn't worth wasting my time and energy. I definitely need to invest in energizing myself. Will definitely schedule time slots for exercise and meditation

    Man, I really needed to hear this. There is a lot of truth in how certain relationships can impact our energy levels. My coworkers at my internship give me the cold shoulder and I've been jumping through hoops on trying to build a relationship with them. Why should I even put my energy into a relationship that won't even bloom? Time to reclaim my energy and say goodbye to all those people/things who only bring me down. I need to focus on me and who I am as a person and stop letting others define my self-worth in this world.

I've had TRMCD for most of my life, and almost everything you brought up in your video, was like you were describing me! Thank you so soo much for what you do!! I'm going to learn more about making myself a priority, and try to learn self love. Greetings Mrs. Steph! You have helped me so much; now let me help you. You mentioned, when you go to sleep, that you put EarPods, in your ear. I recommend that you do the research on Bluetooth frequencies close to the brain, and how they affect you? Also, how it may interfere with your equilibrium. Now, an alternative could be 1. If your husband enjoys listening to music too, to put it on the lowest volume possible, and place it on your nightstand. Or 2. Put it on the lowest volume possible, and stuff it underneath your pillow(s). 3. A third option, could be a wired earbud type.

    • @StephAnya
      @StephAnya  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Hey Steph! I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and I need your advice. My partner told me they were severely insecure with themselves (physically, mentally, emotionally) and it severely effects their confidence. They see themselves as a “lone wolf” but in conversation speak about how they know they need their close friends in their life, even tho they push them away.
    Also, It took time but through your video I learned they have an “abandonment attachment style”. During the earlier mentioned conversation they revealed they suffer with abandonment issues from their family and as a result they feel inadequate.
    Looking back on my actions, there have been moments when I haven’t reassured him in the way he needed it (by trying to give solutions and not listening) and I don’t want to make the same mistakes.
    I don’t know how to fully support him and wanted to reach out for any advice you may have.
