    My husband and I watch this video on our television TH-cam channel every day and I wanted to take a minute to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We’ve progressed in the weights we use and also we do this video 2 times in a row. You’ve made balance and strength possible and we are 67 and 68 years old. Please don’t change your channel. It benefits us more than we can say. Thanks again😀

    Appreciate how this involves the whole body by working thru the routines. Bought two 1KG dumbbells after watching as 1.5KG too heavy for these routines Robert

      Yes, better to start with light weights and gradually increase as your strength improves.
