    This was wonderful...even working the wrists. And that first triceps move was completely new to me. I got more out of this than I did with my one hour gym class, and no loud music blasting and instructors yelling at me like my eighth grade PE teacher!

    I'm 55 and when I do long workouts that most fitness youtubers post...I feel drained and depleted. I love your workouts. They are the perfect length and make me feel energized and strong. Thank you for what you do! You are the best.

    Cindy, Great Workout for us Seniors ! Soo doable. Thankyou Cindy for thinking about us who are in the higher numbers, to keep us agile, encouraging us to keep from becoming fragile. And not much time involved. Love it !
    Would like to know how much those weights should weigh for those of us that became more of a couch potato during the Pandemic. Haha
    Looking forward to more videos involving information on treadmill and lower body workouts.😊👍

    I can't remember when I did this last time as I didn't comment so really must do so I keep check of which I do and leave gaps between. This one is great for my muscles I can really feel them working thanks Cindy 🙂

    Cindy this is a fantastic video! I really appreciate your dedication to keeping us senior seniors moving and developing our muscles 💪 so we can remain active and feeling good/fit.     Thanks for uour vid. your vid is always a big help! I wonder if you would make 30minites muscle building exercise for seniors. I felt 15 minutes is a bit short.
