    I have a knee issue and love to do your exercises for knees, balance, etc. Keep up the great work!

    Thanks so much for these exercises. I’ve let myself get so weak that I have to work hard just to get through one episode. I’m mad at myself for letting this happen, but it’s not too late to get back some balance and strength. Please keep these coming 😊

    I love doing doing these exercises as a warm up and it really help my balance..thank you
    PS: Do you have any for stiff joints?
