All my friends had a ps4 but I had an Xbox so I bought a ps4 but I was used to the Xbox controller so I searched it up and this product made me really happy because I could use my standard Xbox one controller on the ps4!

My question - I've programmed a setting into memory slot 1 and then I plug into my playstation. After authentication, I plug my ps4 DS controller in and cannot get it off '0' (I cannot choose a memory slot configuration). Do I need the cronus to be plugged into computer? Do you know why it's not loading the profile I configured?
I had the FPS strickpack but I highly think it messed up 2 of my controllers maybe the controllers motherboard couldn’t handle it and the mod pack got real hot maybe damaging it. Anyway I’ve been looking into getting a cronusmax hopefully this video helps me out

If it's something that can be done with just pressing different controller buttons at certain times (like an autoclicker) you can do anything you want. The cronus doesnt interact with any code running on the console, so if you're looking for like a pc aimbot, the cronus isn't going to do that. For instance, you can program a script that will keep talling the A button over and over until you tell it to stop

Hi. I've got two things that aren't working properly. 1) When I drag the Battlefield V pack over to one of the numbers on the right, it doesn't have anything pop up. ( where you select mods and their values). 2) It hooks up and authorises fine, but won't let me open the menu on my xbox, regardless of how long I press the two button for. I'm using an xbox one elite with the elite controller. Any help please?
There is no popup menu on the xbox. The Gamepack Configuration onlynpops on the computer, then you can use the controller while in-game to quick toggle your mods using the gsmepacks "menu-mode". Ypu use the purple and green flashes on the cronusmax LED to configure your gsmepack away from the pc.

This is so useful for me! I have cerebral Paulsey, and the Xbox controller has th3 perfect stick layout, where I can rest th3 palm of m6 good hand on the upper/left one and use a free finger to use the right stick, and use my other fingers for all buttons. DualShock 4 stick layout sucks for me, seeing as the stick layout forces me to use two hands which is impossible. But boy oh boy am I fucking pumped for this! I can finally play Spider-Man, blood borne, and god of war with an Xbox controller! Hyped!
Hello, I`am still confused by one thing. Do you still need to open Plugin X-Aim after programming these slots. Because it seems like the cronusmax+ doesn`t take these slots in consideration once we run the plugin, which is also indicated by the "3 bars" led displayed on the cronusmax+. When using Xaim, you load a GPC script instead. - Open the script you want to use in the GPC compiler, then when you're in Xaim, you can press CTRL+G to load the script into your Xaim LAyout :)
Yeah that makes sence, that helps a lot! But I have one more problem that is borthering me. I use the same screen (TV) for my pc and PS4 at the same time and switch from one to the other by a hdmi switcher KINIVO. In general it worked pretty well but the capture mode in X-aim stop functioning short after I switch from PC video input to PS4 video input. I have used a headphone on PS4 to do a test while TV is using PC video that the capture mode works very well unless I click a mouse bouton while tv is using the PS4 signal. That really is borthering me cause I have to use a laptop but not my main pc and technically it shouldn`t even happen. I dont think a video signal can effect the protocode and make X-aim quit it`s capture mode. I hope there is an answer on forums but seems like nobody encountered the same situation as mine.

@@GL0ZZ3NTechReviews I'm just saying that the USB 3 standard mandates 5 volts just as all versions of USB before it. USB-C is quite different, as it can negotiate the power that the device needs up to 24 volts - cant remember how many amps, but enough to power a robust laptop.
Its just CoD, all the mods are pretty generic between games. Just grab the Warzone pack and tune it to your guns - warzone uses al the coldwar guns either way
So essentially wasted $100 on this because I have a laptop that has usb 3.0 ports (doesn’t work) and I tried plugging my max to a desktop which has USB 2.0 ports (doesn’t work) I knew something like this will happen so now I want to ask you....what am I doing wrong or is there any alternatives?

1 Suggestion - get rid of the mac and get a PC. :) Usb 3 is hit or miss, I think i have ONE port on my machine that programs fine, but the others corrupt the memory for some reason. I'm assuming its something with the power, but I'm not a hardware guy. :P

I had a hard time syncing it to my xbox controller. You have to tell people that it won't work on wireless controller. You have to attach a USB cable from the controller to the cronsmax
This is covered in the instructions. Nowhere does it say you can use xb1 controllers witelessly and in EVERY tutorial, the controller isnplugged into the cronus. Sorry for the confusion

The Cronus came with a mini-usb cable that you use to program the device (looks like a fat android phone charger) plug it into the side of the Cronus, and plug the other end into your computer. :)
Yeah I unpaired the dual shock as well. I'm using this special ps2 one handed controller and the older cronus max I use only pauses and some games even don't pause it disconnects and then connects immediately so I don't have to unpause it. Tolerable but definitely not optimal.
paul fitzpatrick when its plugfed into your pc, what does the bottom left hand of cronuspro say? It will say your firmware version and have an image next to it
I want to buy this device for my PS4 Pro to use MK in shooters and i have a couple of questions. Can i plug this device to my notebook with blue usb ports and configure there? Is there any limits or i could use any PC? I asked because i bought my notebook 5-6 years ago. Then i need to know, can i use my ordinary logitech mouse and keyboard or Cronus does not support that? Soon i will buy gaming mouse and keyboard, but for now i can buy only CronusMAX and using with my logitech. I am waiting for your reply. If there is no limitations, ill buy it quickly.
Your cronusmax can be programmed using any usb 2.0 port on your computer - you will just need to check that it is indeed a usb 2.0 port. You can use any mouse and keyboard you like with the cronus - I personally use a logitech mouse as well :) I have a single-core laptop that is over 10 years old and it will run all of the cronus software just fine :)
Lol don’t try to make it sound like you’re not cheating!!! My standard Xbox controller has never given me rapid fire. My standard controller has never given me 98% recoil control automatically or snap aim on targets quicker than what I could ever react to The CronusMax is 100% cheating lol. Don’t try to make it look any different

Do you have to activate each mod like the instructions say or are they ready to go once you program them to a specific slot?

Your mouse and keyboard plug into your laptop or pc, and you connect your cronusmax to the PC, using the PC Prog port so you can run xaim

Chips n Salt theres a port on the side of the cronus that says PC PROG. You will need to connect it to your pc using the mini-usb cable :)
I also have the same problem, i have it connected with the mini usb but it still shows up that the device is not connected could you help please?
Marta Zielinska try s different usb 2.0 port on your computer, then i could recommend trying a different cable
i have the same problem... i have a mac and am using virtualbox to use windows on it. im using the usb 2.0 port hub that comes with the cronus and ive tried using a different cable too and nothing showing up in gamepacks. Any suggestions?

quick question brother i have just bought the devie CRNSMX Plus pro and i have done all the instruction even the wireless controller has been connected with ps4 through cronus device but i cannot sit close to the tv so i need a solution that i could connect my headset or handsfree earphones with my controller that has already been connected to the ps4 please help so i won't a need of using this cabled soundcard
Your only other option would be to use a wireless headset that connects directly to your ps4. The cronus does not transmit audio

Usb 3 does NOT supply different power to the device than usb 2. They are fully cross compatible.
You should go work for Cronus and show them how it works then
@@GL0ZZ3NTechReviews I'm just saying that the USB 3 standard mandates 5 volts just as all versions of USB before it. USB-C is quite different, as it can negotiate the power that the device needs up to 24 volts - cant remember how many amps, but enough to power a robust laptop.

Its just CoD, all the mods are pretty generic between games. Just grab the Warzone pack and tune it to your guns - warzone uses al the coldwar guns either way

So essentially wasted $100 on this because I have a laptop that has usb 3.0 ports (doesn’t work) and I tried plugging my max to a desktop which has USB 2.0 ports (doesn’t work) I knew something like this will happen so now I want to ask you....what am I doing wrong or is there any alternatives?
How are you connecting it to your pc? Are you using the pc program port?

2 requests:
1 - build it for mac users rather than have us run a VM software.
2 - make it USB 3.0 compatible...literally all the USB ports I have are 3.0, I even bought a hub just for this....are all 3.0 *facepalm*

Usb 3 is hit or miss, I think i have ONE port on my machine that programs fine, but the others corrupt the memory for some reason. I'm assuming its something with the power, but I'm not a hardware guy. :P

I had a hard time syncing it to my xbox controller. You have to tell people that it won't work on wireless controller. You have to attach a USB cable from the controller to the cronsmax
This is covered in the instructions. Nowhere does it say you can use xb1 controllers witelessly and in EVERY tutorial, the controller isnplugged into the cronus. Sorry for the confusion

The Cronus came with a mini-usb cable that you use to program the device (looks like a fat android phone charger) plug it into the side of the Cronus, and plug the other end into your computer. :)

Yeah I unpaired the dual shock as well. I'm using this special ps2 one handed controller and the older cronus max I use only pauses and some games even don't pause it disconnects and then connects immediately so I don't have to unpause it. Tolerable but definitely not optimal.
paul fitzpatrick when its plugfed into your pc, what does the bottom left hand of cronuspro say? It will say your firmware version and have an image next to it
If youre using the partial crossover option, that will run a disconnect/reconnect every 10minutes

I want to buy this device for my PS4 Pro to use MK in shooters and i have a couple of questions. Can i plug this device to my notebook with blue usb ports and configure there? Is there any limits or i could use any PC? I asked because i bought my notebook 5-6 years ago. Then i need to know, can i use my ordinary logitech mouse and keyboard or Cronus does not support that? Soon i will buy gaming mouse and keyboard, but for now i can buy only CronusMAX and using with my logitech. I am waiting for your reply. If there is no limitations, ill buy it quickly.
Your cronusmax can be programmed using any usb 2.0 port on your computer - you will just need to check that it is indeed a usb 2.0 port. You can use any mouse and keyboard you like with the cronus - I personally use a logitech mouse as well :)
I have a single-core laptop that is over 10 years old and it will run all of the cronus software just fine :)
