Made this together with your crispy skin salmon and some asparagus on the side. It was a total success!! Not the last time I made this rice. Reminded me a tiny bit of the arroz con tomate my daughter loves.
Another delicious quick meal with all that garlic makes it so healthy too. I eat it raw. It's so good for heart health, lowering blood pressure and high in Vitamin B6. I eat lots of garlic and 2000mg of vitamin C a day and haven't had the flu in 6 years. That you Albert for another great recipe. 👍 ❤🇦🇺
Hi Albert, some of your recipes suit my indian taste. I cooked this rice with chick peas, with slight variations...plain water instead of broth and coriander instead of parsley.....turned out delicious ! Thanks !

The Flamenco music you chose to play in the background was so enjoyable to listen to while you prepared this beautiful dish. Even the way you prepared the garlic was reminiscent of a Flamenco dancer. Now I know what I will be preparing this Saturday night. Except, instead of adding chic peas, I will prepare fish to accompany. Yummy!
Round rice tends to absorb more liquid than other varieties. So if you have to make a substitution, adjust the amount of broth added according to the package directions.
Looks good, but just found that when adjusting the servings number on the recipe page, the 'cups' change but not the proper measurements in grams or ml. Would be great if you could just use the metric system, it is only the americans that seem stuck on old measurements, a 'cup' for example can hold different quantities of pasta, depending on the size & type, but you cannot go wrong with grams. Thanks.
My favorite thing about my time visiting Spain , was when the residents started making dinner. The smells and aromas were amazing!
