hi how about if i just use rice cooker for convenience? can i use onion powder and garlic powders? i read about the fresh to dried herbs in your site tho i dont know about onion and garlic powders. i just wanna know how much should they weigh as a substitute for the fresh ones?
This looks delicious! I cook a lot of Greek inspired chicken and this would be a lovely side addition. But I have clearly met a pickier eater that you have; my father, who WON'T EAT RICE! It doesn't matter what style or what it is cooked with- he refuses to eat it. The only reason I know he actually is my father is because i look like the female version of him. our taste buds clearly are 100% different. lol

I should NOT have to get links or whatever to be able to know how much ingredients are required. It just isn't good enough I had to guess from visuals. IT has its plus points, but it as too many limitations involving your site. MOST others have it all together so I am NOT piddling about just to follow what you are doing and then in an enormously compromised fashion. NIL PUWAAAH!!;
Made it today together with a greek salad and souvlaki’s and I have to say that I had never had something so delicious, refreshing and healthy!

I tried this with Quinoa instead of Rice and Veg stock instead of Chicken and it was great.

It's more like art. If you have a rough idea of the recipe that's all you need, make it your own
