Maximum results for this 16 minute video would be 3 times a day, 6 days on 1 rest day...that's probably for best results. Your work out intensity is what will really bring you the gains though. That and not eating a bunch of crap every day. Veges as snacks not chips and donuts. Its funny that 90 % of over weight people want to lose the weight but wont put in maximum effort. I watch them slug there work outs...if your going to be a slug then dont bother....maximum effort people and you WILL 100% see results and i guarantee you will get into the weight safe zone. @@Fraynkee40 do what feels right for you. I'm in menopause so I need a bit lower intensity, shorter workouts. You can still make gains. There is no point in over doing exercise then the next day your exhausted and can't continue. Go to your own personal max.
Make a pulley guard. Take a small ziplock bag. poke small in whole center bottom , put pulley in bag . Tape or zip top around cables as needed. Let me know if this works for anyone.

For a beginner I would start with 3 x a week. You can always work up to more days and longer time
