    Went to you tube and was overwhelmed with all the videos for the total gym. I am a visual learner so I wanted a video that didn’t just explain all the exercises you can do with your total gym but one that did the sets with you and one that I could do for awhile since I’m a beginner to total gym and I’ve been out of the workout scene for quite a few years . You explain all the movements very well and also how to use the total gym properly !!

    Thank you for giving methods for safe entry and exit off the glide board, especially at different angles and positions. This point is a big hurdle for beginners and not demonstrated enough in other videos. Your instructions are the best!

    I brought the Total Gym for a Christmas gift to myself last year. I started after the holidays but I got so overwhelmed. I always felt like I did'nt know what I was doing or I was not doing the move right. I got frustrated and push it under my bed, where its been til today. I just came across your video and I dont know why but your demostration feels more durable. Thank you for this video.

    I think I need to purchase the extra large squat stand. I have the small one like between the two shelve units. Like your total gym instructions. It motivated me.

    Just bought an older one for $20 from a friend moving, missing the pull up attachment and no idea how to quickly unhook the cable lol
    This is super helpful for getting me started, thanks!

    I just ordered a total gym. I want to lose 20lbs. How long did it take you to start to see results and lose the weight you wanted? Total gym gives you a 2 month guarantee. If consistent 3 days a week or so would I see some change to tell me if it’s working to decide whether to keep it or not?!? This is a great starter video thank you.

      Me either. I went back and wrote them all down but she didn't give the name of the last one. I'll have to try to look for it based on how it appears on the video. The 9 I have are: Surf, Chest Fly, Bicep Curl, Squats, Single Leg Squats, Calf Raise, Ski- w/o the jump, Incline Crunch, Kneeling Plank Press.

      I just purchased mine on Amazon. I searched for xtra long squat platform for total gym
      I have the 1900 and it fits . It was $69

    How do you warm up if your legs don't carry your weight?

      Fanny's LoA Use your squat stand and a high incline on your TG and do squats, single and double leg squats, plies or any other leg exercise. Legs are the largest muscles to help you warm up. Good luck! 😁👍

      You can most certainly use the Total Gym to pump your legs and squat. Take your time until you feel warmed up.

    this is horrible the links are for different work outs than this one and uses attachments that don't come with the machine. I have seen nothing that is actually for beginner or anything for people with disabilities or injuries I am really starting to hate my total gym and I can't return the thing I was in an accident right after purchasing the gym and had stop trying to figure it out

    You are excellent
