    I added 100lb weights with your bar...total game-changer. Now I actually feel a burn. And oh what a burn! Excellent machine! It does it all.

    Fabulous workout! May suggest teaching people about why and where to raise the bar . It’s not only important to learn the correct way to use the total gym but to understand the mechanics of the machine. I have yet to connect the dots so to speak but I am working out on it again!!!

    Hi I’m new hubby just put our total fit together. Will this help with out of shape legs? My thighs are saggy and I have cellulite I haven’t worked out in years due to health reasons. Will this burn fat and will my legs get toned and stronger? I know this is a stupid question but I’m just wondering some thing I’ve been wanting to know for a while. Also will this tone an out of shape saggy booty? The reason why am asking is because so many people have said you cannot get your legs to look better (sexy) after you get cellulite and they start getting saggy flabby

    As the former owner of a women's gym, I feel I have a good understanding of the fear a lot of women have, having had club members in age from 18 - 93 and every possible size and shape. Now I am older than dirt, was knocked out for months by the Covid virus, and have just bought a Total Gym to tone up my body because I know what a great piece of equipment it is. Whether you are a man or a woman I want to encourage you to get off your bum and start exercising. Rust Never Sleeps, but getting fit can change your life.

      I’m working with timed intervals - but usually get 12-16 pulses in between reps

      You could do it every other day alternate with another workout - or yes daily is fine - rest when you need to.

      Perhaps it’s time to add weight on your weight bar so you get a stronger press.. or try higher incline
