Tengo una duda... El primer ejercicio es para la cabeza Larga, el segundo es para la cabeza Corta, y el último para los Branquiales que dan el ancho de brazo? Te agradecería si me podrías decir si estoy en lo correcto genio 🙏🏻
Si, la cabeza larga se trabaja con un agarre cerrado o cuando tus brazos se encuentran tras de ti (Waiter curl, drag curl como ejemplos)
La cabeza corta es con un agarre abierto o cuando tus brazos se encuentran muy frente a ti (Wide curl, preacher curl)
Y el braquiales se trabaja con un agarre prono o neutral (Reverse curls, hammer curls)
Espero eso te ayude :)

El segundo es mas efectivo si al subirlo lo tiras un poco hacia afuera
