    Sometimes the only fitness equipment available with us is a pair of dumbbells. However, people do not understand what all they can do ad they are used to using multiple types of equipment in the gym to train the different muscle groups.
    It is very much possible to do an effective workout session with a pair of dumbbell and we can perform various exercises for the entire body and muscles.
    I have explained the 12 best upper body exercises in this video. The exercises are for all upper body muscles which include chest, back, shoulders, and arms as well as the core.

    Good video for learning! I had only dumbells at home, always used to do only arm curls. But I never saw any gains, may be I have not understood importance of intensity and consistency. If I could more tips on intensity and consistency, will be grateful.

    Yatinder sir, please tell me one thing that should we do these 12 exercises only or we should start doing one day only one muscle targeting exercises like 1st day biceps, 2nd day chest, 3rd day shoulders.
    As I have been doing these 12 exercises since 1 and half month, and I have improved my body structure too.
    Please enlighten us.

      Caused by inflammation. Use turmeric and ginger for faster recovery. What I use is 1/2 tsp of turmeric in your morning or evening meal in milk. Make a ginger/lemon tea after your workout every morning. 1 full fresh lemon squeeze, 1/2 tsp of ginger powder, 1 teaspoon of honey in hot water. I'm 58 years old and I work out 6 days a week..good luck.

    Beautifully described.....amazing....sir plz can u suggest some schedule for above 65 yrs age group ....I m 68 and still regularly do weight six days in a week....I know I may be merely a single person who asked for 60 plus....if u can...it will be very helpful to encouraging ....humble regards
