I have made all the necessary adjustments on top. Is there anything I need to do on the bottom? I'm going from 20 oz bottles to 16.9 oz. They will vend one or two times and then get hung up. Is there an additional adjustment on the bottom that would be helpful?

When setting option one or two. And after pressing the enter button, the setting reverts back to one. Is it safe to believe the rotation motor is failing?

Alex, what about 12 ounce Redbull cans that are skinnier and taller than a soda 12 ounce can. Is that loaded one deep but changing the spacers to fit?

@Leslie Olvera Gamez Yes, that is correct. The typical 8.4oz Red Bull is too narrow in diameter to end correctly.

That is setup in CSTS ( Custom Space to Sales ). Depending on the version of the Merlin IV board this is also OPT 5.
