Which Vending Machine Is The Best To Buy

  • Hi my name is Amy Allen and in todays video I talk about which vending machine is the best to buy when you are just starting out your own business! I talk about all the different brands and which machines are difficult to work with and are always breaking down compared to the ones that are fan favorites!
    A Machine can be declared bad if parts are hard to find, if the machine is not an American made machine, then parts will take longer to ship which means you loose money, remember that time is money. It can also be declared as a bad machine to buy if its very hard to work on. If a machine is hard to work on because all the parts are squeezed in the back or requires special tools, machine repair people are going to charge you more.
    A Good Machine is one that had parts for sale everywhere, you can go online and find someone with a part by the next day or just pick up the phone and probably have 20 people that know how to fix that specific type of machine.
    Lets face it machines are going to break down so might as well make it easier on ourself and find the Vending machine that is best to buy!
    I also talk about how much i bought my vending machines for and how i found my warehouse. How I networked with people online and started my vending machine business in less then a month.
    Good Machines- Crane, USI, Dixi, AMS, Royal
    Bad Machines- Seaga, Jofemar, Lektro, Polyvend

      Way to do your homework!! It will always pay off ! Congratulations! I knew-0- about vending -now 14/15 years later , I absolutely love it ! In April I sold my business with a partner that was 21 yrs old - now I’m 100% solo with a smaller business and love it !
      Last company we mainly used AP - now I’m using 95% Crane machines! Love them ! Reliable- Easy to maintain and Program ! Lou in Houston Texas / Vending Concepts is the tops!! Machines/ service/ tech service / parts all under one roof ! You buy a machine from them - you have lifetime tech support !! When you have issues (which you will ) it’s huge to have live tech support while your standing in front of your machines trying to fix them !! Took me 14 yrs to find them ! Very happy ! Congratulations- and best of luck !!! 👍

    I've heard good things about the Vendo 21 series: 621, 721, 821. No extra parts required to change for product type. Made in the USA. Automatic backstop so you don't have to reach all the way through the columns to try and set them. Drop sensor.

A local seller of AP machines in my area is offering financing for just $36-50 per month and I feel like that could be easier at the start so there will be less upfront costs.

    Should I be looking to buy a machine that comes with a credit card reader or add one to a machine I buy that does not come with one and how does that whole process work where does the money go? Are there fees from that? Is there a inventory system I can use?

    • @Tonicmud
      @Tonicmud  ปีที่แล้ว

      If you find a machine with a credit card reader you may be paying a bit more since its already installed. If you buy one with out one you can always just buy the card reader separately, TH-cam how to install it and you're good to go. The system does have website where you can keep track of your inventory and they do take a small fee. Good luck!

    I also started a vending machine business. My first and only machine so far is a Dixie Narco 501e. My only concern with this machine is most often it will not fit through doors. So it's left outside. I'm concerned it won't be able to handle the winters. Does anyone have any insight?

    • @Tonicmud
      @Tonicmud  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      lol there was one time were we just took the doors off the building, its usually easy with just a few screws, then you can kinda maneuver it in either by opening the glass vending door and having that go first in an angel or you could reassemble the door inside the building but I would not know how to do that, Mark was my handy person!
      how'd it go? is it outside I know im a month late at responding 0.o

    • @timothysmith5060
      @timothysmith5060 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depending on your winters - the environment is extremely hard on machines! Very last resort is having them outside! If your owner/ operator it super increases your maintenance and service- frozen pops is no fun ! 14 years of vending- I would not leave a machine outside - un protected !?
