i know that you're focused on reaching 100k, but that number is only marginally bigger than the one you currently have. as long as you feel like your videos are good, and you have enough people watching. then it doesn't matter if the number is slightly smaller than what you think it should be
Yeah, while that 100K playbutton would be nice to have, you look at some of the bigger creators and see that only a small percentage of their total subs even watch their videos But it is also nice to set goals for yourself

I remember back in the days of Mellow Mode, when Amethyst and Copper actually had the potential to be real items and not just decoration blocks. Your ideas always got me so pumped for updates, only to remember Mojang hates actually adding new features to their game. I'll be catching up on some videos I missed, one view isn't much, but I hope it'll help!
Who unsubs from a TH-cam channel because they don’t upload? That’s actually just a waste of time, the only time I ever unsubscribed is if someone starts posting *too* much and my sub feed gets too flooded, or if they start posting stuff I don’t like.

There's no shame in less polished but more frequent content, if it helps to bring attention to your passion projects in the long run. It doesn't have to be your typical stuff. A let's play on a Minecraft world or scrapped ideas.
I don't think everything should be about hitting subscriber milestones, especially with the number of people that don't watch subscribed content (which ends up harming the video). While I support you and your work, I don't think it is necessarily a good idea to focus on subscriber counts: pushing for more subscribers can sometimes lead to inactive subscribers that will cause the algorithm to deprioritise your videos and the concept of subscribing for the majority of users nowadays is very different. As far as I know, the vast majority of TH-cam users do not use their subscriptions tab or check notifications often, instead relying on the TH-cam homepage and sidebar recommendations. (I personally use the subscription tab exclusively but I know I am in the minority with this) If my hypothesis is true, this would mean that in some situations pushing for subscribers could potentially harm the channel in the long term, although I am not a creator and cannot back up this claim - it is completely speculation. Either way, it is healthy to have goals but I hope that in the future such goals are not TH-cam milestones.

I've stepped away from it in order to not feel bad things about a game that i used to like very much, and i guess that you caught a stray bullet. Sorry for that, i'm not leaving but i hope you'll find viewers that can care more than i can because you deserve it. Also, the road has curves. Take care of yourself and you'll get there. Just a way to create an awesome place to imagine tomorrow's Minecraft Updates and awesome concepts with something to do with amethyst !! I want to precise that, I'm just a viewer enjoying your content and not a certified community manager... But I think that every content has its limits too and you will understand that by getting closer with your community and learn who they are and why they appreciate your work. And even with all that just continue what you are doing i've seen worse upload schedule than that and I don't care because I like it ❤
