With how it was described in the mob vote, I feel like the iceologer would've been another phantom type mob, this time only secluded in the mountains. It would've made mountains annoying to traverse since you probably have to defeat this mob without being able to escape easily due to its attack method. This would be worth it if the mountains had a reward at the end, but honestly, in my opinion, the only reward you get for getting to a mountain is having a nice view, and I don't want to have to kill 3 iceologers on the way up just to get that.
@@UrBoiShy You see, there the Iceologer would've had some good reward for players who want to farm ice (not for everyone but hey at least it's for a target audience). However, in the mob vote, they never stated that the Iceologer would have a structure to spawn in where they could spawn infinitely, unlike the witch with its hut. What I'm assuming, at least, is that the Iceologers would've been like pillager patrols, only this time they're only on mountains, therefore having no way to efficiently keep spawning for an effective ice farm.

Just like there are multiple type of Illagers (Pillagers, vindicators, evokers,...) there could be multiple types of Iceologers that would form sorts of camp/communities in wich each one as a specific role. The idea is to give this level of detail, power, and interconnection to every mob and block. Then the iceologer wouldn't be too much, and the game would be way more alive. Imagine a zombie that doesn't just walk up to you, get hit a few times, and die, but has just as many annoying tricks as the iceologer, like constantly calling more zombies to come out of the ground until you're completely surrounded and they don't stop coming, and baby zombies grabbing onto your legs and slowing your movement as well as damaging you overtime. And skeletons not walking toward, but keeping their distance, shooting you with questionable accuracy but also summoning more skeletons until the arrows blot out the sky.

That's one amazing video. If you want more ideas for iceologer crafting recipes to find in the recipe book, I have an idea I've been working on, and it's called Armour Add-Ons. Basically, once you've trimmed your armour with an armour trim, (and the new part, obtained the crafting recipe from the iceologer's recipe book) you can specialize your armour to have different, almost, skills. Each recipe is not easy to craft- often requiring niche, complicated, ultra- rare items, or a combination of the three (such as oxidized copper, curse of binding books, or nether stars) and also requiring an additional smithing template in the smithing table when applying to the armour. I've created four for each armour type, but I have listed here one of each. Some of my favorites would be the following: A toolkit on the leggings to make tool, hotbar, and build management easier (and a built- in 3x3 crafting grid and stonecutter inside your inventory) A ninja- type mask added to the helmet that helps against negative effect splash potions, hinders the ability for hostile mobs to sniff you out (including the warden!) And for the rest of the hostile overworld mobs, they lose most of their ability to track you when you are out of sight or in complete darkness Soul speed soles for the boots that not only give you permanent soul speed (fueling off of magma cream), but also give you a speed burst after killing mobs (like the tempest knife in Minecraft dungeons) and also while surrounded by undead enemies or skulk And finally, the long- anticipated ability to wear your elytra with your chest plate at the same time. No funny business. I've put in a lot of effort to make sure that each design is unique and useful in their own way, and that no one armor add-on is dominant over the other. With fun, sprawling recipes and the combined effort of searching cold biomes and defeating iceologers, they deserve their end-game status and utility. Most of the inspiration of the add-ons was from how fun I realized it was to try and collect all the armour trims in survival. Also, I've taken special care to what the community might want from their armour and provided some synergies and obvious builds between different add-ons to help players create the ultimate Minecrafter. And because of the iceologer mechanic, they don't get to choose which recipe they get first, so they may have to try some of the other stuff out first before moving on to what they really want. In the end, it will be really rewarding and a testament to the ability of the player wielding them. Tell me what you think in the comments!
Damm, i can't believe you're not in charge of the minecraft development team, it's really sad to see these amazing concepts and know they will never become real, it's such a waste, your concepts would make minecraft such a better, more complex, dinamic and overall, more fun game to play! keep doing what you are doing, we are loving it!
It would be interesting if the freezing attacks react different to different armour types. As example leather armour makes you immune against freeze damage. Probably it would lead to grind a new leather armour set instead of just having Netherite
I 100% think that this guy should be teaming up with the guy that made the mod Alexes mobs, I presume their name is Alex but ya never know. Anyways, I think both the style of this Chanel’s work and Alexes mobs would fit together extremely well! And unfortunately mojang is never going to add anything this cool and complicated to Minecraft, otherwise we’d be getting a Dungeons update and possibly a Legends one to.
Here's some ideas. First, with paintings, why not allow the player a feature to paint their own in game? Second. Allowing for the player the equip a second layer of equipment, such as leather with diamond armor. Thirdly. What if there were multiple, massive, maze-like dungeons below bedrock and if the player finds the entrance to them, they are met with an extreme challenge which takes all of their Minecraft knowledge to complete. Fourthly. What if there was a special mob, one that cannot be killed by normal means and doesn't often speak. A mob which mimics the player. An AI mob to be specific. One that is curious, especially about the player. A mob that learns from mistakes and observation, often seen staring at different mobs attempting to grasp what it is they are looking at. A mob that once the player is found by them, follows the player around as subtly and sneakily as they can to learn through observation from someone similar to them. Such as, how they farm, how to kill mobs, what to do if you take damage, etc. After such events, the mob learns and mimics the player to the point of taking similar form. From the start to finish of the game it is a race against the clock to see who can become stronger and more knowledgeable, you or the mob. But if they are found by the player they have the choice to either stay or flee, and should they stay and the player attacks, if the mob has no concept of violence yet, then the mob will disappear to somewhere else with a childish laugh, but depending on the actions of the player, the relationship between the mob and player will shift to the point where if the player isn't careful the mob with actively hunt them and pull no punches. And after the end boss fight, the usual credits roll, however it says 'The.. End?' as audio of childish laughter plays in the background. Then various texts and images can be seen depending on the actions of the player. Such as 'Lets play', 'What have you done!?', 'Hello, little rabbit' with the image of a creepy smile on screen. Perhaps this mob could be from the void below bedrock? Perhaps there could be a way to hide from this mob, such as using one of the new plants to create a invisibility effect around a certain area.
And that's why i prefer the mods and concepts from the community. It's creative and have much more possibilities than what we were described in the mob vote🤩🤩
Dude, these ideas are great! Like I love the idea of some ice robot thing like more things with copper like that would be supper cool! I wish they would add icicles. Also Cheese nugget!

have you thought about talking more about the more magic side of minecraft? i have an idea for an item you might find interesting if you'd like to know what it is
I like the idea of making hostile mobs rare, and they all have like 2 unique attacks, like the illusioner and evoker. A zombie could yell to stun you and summon a hoard of lesser zombies (that can't yell and summon). A creeper could camouflage* since they can already explode. A skeleton would still use a bow and strafe but they swap to a melee weapon and a shield when you get close (but their block breaks to any attack). A normal spider runs away, hits you with a web projectile, then runs at you. A witch still throws potions but they have an undead wolf. An enderman still does what they do, but you get blinded if you look at their eyes. I just like the idea of them being a real threat. And with them having some sort of trait, they will be. Lesser zombies, undead animals, silverfish, endermites and poison spider(s) could be "common" mobs that are a constent threat. Unlike "hostile" mobs which are rarer and have more abilities.
I feel so sorry for the community to have to deal with Mojang's subpar updates. Although their updates are interesting in idea, (remember what they said about that), it really falls short on how small and insignificant this update felt. It only added more comestics than mechanics. I feel as though the community should be more intergrated to the development rather than just suggested in a forgotten forum that some sleepy developer just realized existed. They work hard, yes, but they need to know that the community is there to help pitch in. It is very dedicated and would like for the game to be more than what it is now. Sorry for rant, just felt sad at the moment. I know they made archeology look very basic from beginning to end, I just wished it was more complex than adding a new way to implent randomized buildings. Hope that the next update would focus more on the core mechanics of the game, like enchanting.

It's basically a mini boss sorta like the guardian only spawns in a certain structure called the spiked tunnels which it would chase the player until the player has left its area or has been defeated/killed upon which it would drop one of three things with a guaranteed drop of a random ore the items it would drop would be a chain hook which is a male / ranged weapon which acts basically like the god of war weapons ring nets which is basically a backpack but can be upgraded in which it can respond with you with all the items in it the last item one of its lost body parts which can be used to make a statue of the thing
Or alternatively be used as a spider suit basically like iron spider😅 this is not an entire suit just giant legs in the back it gets better though as those legs have a extra few functions besides just looking creepy😅 like being able to climb up walls like a spider and a 3 block away from a wall you can climb on the ceiling /rooftop I know it's a weird thing but it's something that could be useful as the suspect tunnels damage you as you're walking through maybe having those parts would cause the spikes to go back into the walls as you are passing by allowing you to get inside the bunker which is a reinforced Stone hold that you need to get to to get the special items

A toolkit on the leggings to make tool, hotbar, and build management easier (and a built- in 3x3 crafting grid and stonecutter inside your inventory)
A ninja- type mask added to the helmet that helps against negative effect splash potions, hinders the ability for hostile mobs to sniff you out (including the warden!) And for the rest of the hostile overworld mobs, they lose most of their ability to track you when you are out of sight or in complete darkness
Soul speed soles for the boots that not only give you permanent soul speed (fueling off of magma cream), but also give you a speed burst after killing mobs (like the tempest knife in Minecraft dungeons) and also while surrounded by undead enemies or skulk
And finally, the long- anticipated ability to wear your elytra with your chest plate at the same time.
The parry is so sick, I love your concepts
I would loveeee for this guy to make his own development fork in Minecraft 🙏🙏🙏
I will never forget the glow squid ridiculous victory...
I think it would be cool if it could come with a raid for snowy villages which came with a new type of pillager , the iceologer and a woolly raveger
I believe you mean the Chillager... Lol
This guy needs to be hired by mojang
These are great ideas
In my opinion, I feel like they should’ve called it the Chillager from the very beginning, when it debuted in Dungeons
Hope this will be a Mod soon :D We all know that Microsoft would never implement this.
simply beatiful, so sad mojang hates players' suggestions and ideas.
You’ve made so many cool concepts that are so much more interesting than much of the stuff mojang has came up with in the last few updates
It would be interesting if the freezing attacks react different to different armour types. As example leather armour makes you immune against freeze damage. Probably it would lead to grind a new leather armour set instead of just having Netherite
I feel like you could make a amazing Minecraft mod if you took all y of r ideas and put them together in a a mod
Mojang should fr hire you.. your ideas are great like omg
How come Mojang hasn't hired this man yet
Now we need one of those big mod guys to pick you ideas up with your help
i love the artstyle i wish there was a resource pack for it
Nah i dont know about this man i dont think mojang would ever add something this cool and unique to minecraft
Dude
You NEED to work with someone to make all these ideas into a data pack or something
Playing with all these cool concepts would be sick
This is your fifth tenth video please continue the great content!
Realy like your consepts ❤your channel lots
Man, this just need to be a mod, I would play the hell out of that mod if it had all of this in it.
I hope the iceologer will come to the Minecraft
Finally! This is gonna be good
The Iceologer Strikes Back!
i would love to bring this in minecraft with a mod!
Mojang, hire this guy!
I love how bro literally just has mei's new m1 m2 combo
I love Minecraft but it has so much untapped potential. Hope the devs know about your videos and are working on an animation overhaul.
Best Minecraft TH-camr
We were robbed of this masterpiece
someone needs to make these as mods!!!
these sound more like bosses rather then a mobs but yeah i still like it
You should add all of your concepts in one mod that would be awesome
this would be a fire mod
I feel like it would've gotten voted for if it was called the "chillager"
Beautiful
Mojang needs to hire you
cant believe they baited us with the glow squid
And that's why i prefer the mods and concepts from the community. It's creative and have much more possibilities than what we were described in the mob vote🤩🤩
Dude, these ideas are great! Like I love the idea of some ice robot thing like more things with copper like that would be supper cool! I wish they would add icicles.
Also Cheese nugget!
Your videos are insane. Please make a vanilla + RPG mod for minecraft, take all my money.
This is dope but mojang would never do this
The community has done more for Minecraft than Mojang will ever do
this is amazing!
Honestly, icicles are a very real thing Mojang could add! It wouldn't be too game-changing, and it'd give a little depth to Tundra biomes!
they already have a dripstone framework too!
@@MC_CN
Yeah!
could you do a concept video on a minecraft panthera blytheae. Its technically a bigger sized prehistoric snow leopard. I always wanted to see what it would be like if minecraft had a somewhat snow leopard like creature in the game
jesus this guy would need to have a hell of alot of health in order ot be able to see all of tehse moves
feels like Mctusk from Don't Starve! A little too complex for vanilla though, but I love the decoration blocks!
Man your ideas are always super unique and amazing!!! I highly recommend you to be a modder
Minecraft should add a mob that uses shields, because isn't it weird that no other mob in the game uses a shield in combat except for a player?
Parry this you filthy casual. *flame; power V; punch II*
I always love whenever you upload! The graphics for these videos are just delightful and super satisfying, and the execution of the ideas is super well done!
SystemZee needs to hire you
can a mod developer just stumble upon this video and just made this concept
If suggestions are allowed I think we need more bows. Also great video, I can 100% see this being in Minecraft!
There was an era of Minecraft were you got a job at Mojang with that kind of content ✨
Also I can't find the Mellow Mode version of this video for the bonus :(
I love your videos! Keep up the good work!
I Am Still Fucken Angry That We Got a Squid Who does nothing instead of the iceolager
have you thought about talking more about the more magic side of minecraft? i have an idea for an item you might find interesting if you'd like to know what it is
This isn't mob this is boss
Should get in touch with modders to make your idas would be awsome to play with.
true...
I think i'm having a deja-vu
I love this idea imagine a Siege event too every winter where the mobs mobilise to try n destroy your base
Just make a mod already!
you need to know how to code to make a mod
We all know these arent gonna be things so i hope someone makes it a mod in the future!!
I mean, Minecraft could have all that, but wouldn't it be way cooler if there was a retextured squid that doesn't do anything?
I want you to be hired by mojang lmao
Can we get one of these for each Lost Minecraft mob votes?
Sometimes i wish these concepts were actually real =/
Cool video!
Can you PLEASE tell me how you make these, they're so cool!
