      Can you kindly explain how you do final rotation of model and do sequence render.!
      You have been doing consistently on all your models..but I am not able to figure out the sequence render with lighting you been doing..

      I think he does it in sub Painter. The primer videos from allegorithmic (?spelling) covers how to bake all maps

      Thank you, yeah it makes it easy to texture; not super helpful for Zbrush renders though

      @@3dextrude but it only works if you bake by name, right? So the ropes can find the straight rope for the baking.

      I think he simply stacked all of the rope UV shells into the cylinder's UV shell, that way when you apply the texture to the cylinder, the other ropes get textured as well

      Thank you! I honestly have not done much with Blender so I can't say a lot about it. I like Maya because it's relatively simple to use, navigation feels really good and it's the program I have used the most; this is mostly a preference thing. I am sure you can do everything with Blender as well.

    Great trick with that rope cylinder - how do you ensure it tiles though, or do you just make it so long that you don't have to worry about tiling?

      yeah make it long enough, and if it's not enough will have to mess a bit with the uvs to make it tile.

      first I think I was using smooth preview mode, press 3 to enable. after I was done I went to mesh- smooth

    how to get rid of the straight cylinder rope that you used for baking on the UVs? was that done in marmoset?

      you can just delete it after you are all done

    When you make uv map
    step 1 modeling
    steo 2 sculpting
    step 3 is uv map?

      Uv map on what it's supposed to be the final low poly model, this can be before or after sculpting depending on the model
