I ordered this about a month ago. So to start it wouldn't pair with my regular earbuds but lucky for me it claims to be compatible with TWS earbuds, so I ordered some. In the long run it didn't work with any of my earbuds whether or not they support TWS. Folks if you want to make a sandwich while watching netflix just get the official xbox headset.
I started to watch this, then just happened to get sucked into a search for a specific NF interview because of my horrible attention span, then when I finally returned to this video, I noticed this guy's shirt. That's so damn weird lol
Hi there, I am getting a Sony theatre U neckband for my Xbox series X. Looking for a reasonably priced Dolby Atmos system other than my Xbox headset which gives Dolby Atmos and are excellent. However I suffer from tinnitus and started looking for a Dolby Atmos system, so found this neckband. Anyway, after extensive research and finding out that my series X does not support Bluetooth, I got to this neckband. It comes with a 3.5mm jack so I can connect the neckband directly to the Sx. Alternatively I could connect it to my Sony Bravia panel directly and get spatial sound that way. I have heard the sound quality is amazing. I spent about a week trying to get answers wrt compatibility. It’s actually quite simple in the end just need to plug in the 3.5mm jack and voila! I was wondering if you have had any experience with a Sony neckband connecting to a series X?
the issue with this is it doesn't use your bluetooth headsets microphone instead it using the mic built into the puck which is just an open mic so it picks up everything with no no cancelling
Yeah, and the other issue is, why does the adapter need to be charged? Either the USB interface doesn't support it or the dongle doesn't. Either way, that sucks. Now you're having to charge the headset AND the dongle. I have an older Turtle Beach with a dongle that is not bluetooth. Wired headset connects to it. Only thing I need to worry about charging is the controller.
The one reason why the Series S was a non starter for me was the exclusion of Bluetooth. For a moment I thought that this was going to be the solution until we see that you still require an Xbox controller. And I'm surprised that only Amazon seem to stock this device, or at least this is the impression clearly left. Is there commission attached to the number of times you mention the company/
Why why why why, what the hell is the problem with using bluetooth headsets with game consoles? I didnt understand it with the last generation of consoles and i really really dont understand it with the new generation, they supposed to be really advanced, yet they cant use bluetooth headphones???
Every company has to licence the Xbox or PS5 to get their headset on there plus they can sell you their proprietary ones. There's no reason other than that they can milk us until everything catches up and they have no choice but to allow Blu tooth capability. This has always been easy money for them in the same way that they get a 30 percent cut of everything on their store. The more passive income, the less they have to make up for selling their consoles at a loss and can turn everything into a profit margin for them

I did the same with the Xbox app ( through remote play) it does work however there seems to be a delay of 1 or 2 seconds. Which is just enough to be completely annoying. Example. If I'm playing Halo multiplayer online and I throw a grenade, I hear the explosion on a delay. Same goes with gunfire ect. Do you experience this problem as well? If anyone has a solution Im all ears. I've already tried: -connecting a Bluetooth dongle to the Xbox -tried connecting the dongle to the usb port on TV -and tried using the Roku app private listing option for the TV, but it automatically switches off when selecting the USB input which the Xbox is connected to. None of these work. Thanks in advance if anyone has some suggestions.
@@M00NLITES I've never tried it through remote play. I was referring to playing on the Xbox and using the Xbox app on my phone, along with my Bluetooth earbuds, to talk to the people I was playing with online. Simply because my headset stopped working.
It really depends on which earbuds/headphones you’re pairing to the adapter. AirPods, for example, can’t be in your ears when pairing. Instead, you have to watch the status light go from blinking white to green. Other headphones, however, can be worn during the pairing process and will play a chime when the connection is successful. - Jason, video host

Maybe subliminally connected the two?

What's the delay like?
It's horrible
Can I connect a Bluetooth soundbar to it?
Pair it up and it’ll work.
It will work with soundcore anker 3? Because i am looking for something like this
I clicked the link and those say they are compatible with Xbox one x and s ot disnt say series x
So how long the battery last? Or how often do you charge the dongle to keep up with the Bluetooth device?
Can that adapter be used for a Bluetooth Speaker instead of headphones or buds?
Will this work with the razor hammerhead pro hyperspeed? The newer earbuds, not the Xbox licensed regular hammerheads
Your wrong I Bluetooth the controller all the time on mobile
Then why can't you headphones Bose to controller the same way?

Would you be able to use PlayStation rig 800 pro hs headset this way to the Xbox

Is there delay ?
A lot

So I have to spend more money so I can connect my 60 dollar headset when it could be a simple click of a button wow

Same shit for ps5

Comments on this model on the amazon link claim it cannot use Bluetooth headset’s built in microphone for gaming voice?
Thats true
Will this work with a Bluetooth speaker??
But you still need the controller though... I want to connect the headset directly to the console, not to the controller...
The shipping from amazon for me is more expensive than the actual adapter
When I click the link I don't see the item on amazon
Great review, thanks

How is it?
How much delay do you want

Does ANYONE know of a good headset like the original Xbox 360 mono one but for the Xbox One ? I can't believe Microsoft hasn't released one.

You are able to use them.
That's Daniel Wormald from Better Call Saul. The squat cobbler guy.
Sadly this will not work on Xbox one controllers as they do not have the aux jack port they have a mini hdmi port instead
Xbox one S / X controller has one
Have someone ever tried with speakers or monitors??
Does this mic work as well ???????? This way ???
Mic is crisp clear. Others cannot hear you playing either. (Touching controls)
Totally useless if you need a headset (not headphones). The omni-directional non-noise cancelling mic is worthless.
