I’ve heard if you connect the Max’s to your Xbox controller via apple’s own 3.5mm-to-lightning cable, you get sound with practically no latency. You still won’t get mic support but it’s supposed to work pretty well from what I’ve heard, been thinking about doing it myself
Can’t even set it up. I am stuck on the Xbox app and it shows that I need to turn on my console and sign in. I AM signed in and it IS turned on. But it isn’t doing anything.
WHERE IS IT?? I just got a bluetooth speaker over the holidays and this model doesnt have an Aux port. You would think higher end portable speakers would have that for the price they cost, no matter if it's a phased out mechanic. I have a set of a50s and evidently base stations like those can be a bridge. Point me in that direction plz.
@@MichaelM28 yikes if the layout wasn't the way it was maybe it doesn't work for me I have big hands and while playing my thumbs touch so basicaly it's worthless and I only play consoles with true next gen games and my friend Sony won't have that till? It's absolutely ridiculous that Series X doesn't have Bluetooth built-in
It does but only for Microsoft items
Most tvs do it's just hard
It’s wired I bought Bluetooth headphones and they work. Now those headphones broke and now I noticed the new ones doesn’t work
like frfr tho. i mean for 1 your paying $500, and for 2 its like my phone has it and my phone is small. im sure they could
Or an optical...
i tried this and when i got it connected theres an audio delay..its useless IMO.

The thing that makes me mad is that when I connect to my console with the remote play the audio cuts in and out
how about voice chat, are other members of your party able to hear you as well?
Soooo does the mic work??
Good for casual play but playing mortal Kombat, sound latency will throw me off lol
Hi, thanks for this video.
Can you tell me more, how about delay?
How about connecting airpods max by a wire to xbox controler? Is it working?
It probably does I’ve used beats with a wire and the mic even works
@@laloblast4153the beats are an Apple product so it should work the same. How did you connect yours exactly? I’m curious
It's weird... because even nintendo switch enabled Bluetooth but not voicechat....
I tried it, but it lags so hard, i cant believe that i payed €290 and dont even get bluetooth support
Does the mic work on normal AirPods?
Yes
Can u use mic?
You can't watch TH-cam on xbox with cloud gaming enabled...js
is there any lag in it? It looks like the sound is coming from the phone after waiting for the wifi
i tried it with my skull candy ear buds and they wouldnt connect while my phone was on the xbox. but i could hear the game on my phone
Thats not connecting them to the Series X thats connecting them to the Xbox mobile app lol
What about dolby vision. Are those features not supported?
When i get a call sound disconnect is there any fix?
do bluetooth adapters work on x/s?
Same question

Press remote play
works but is super delayed and glitchy and you cant use spotify
Does it work in a Xbox party though?
How is the Laurence
Thanks for this man!
Ok, so I have to this every time I want to use my 3rd party headset? Even a Switch does better, this is ridiculous.
I saw a dac for the xbox controller that has a bluetooth transmitter on it.

If you guys want anything better you can get a Bluetooth transmitter to plug into your controller and you could connect any Bluetooth device
Nice video. Thanks man!
When I do it this way the sound is 10 seconds off
